Placed an order over a week ago, quoted 3-4 day delivery via Evri. It was marked dispatched within 24 hours. Evri were expecting the parcel for a week. Finally received today, will not be using again, as delivery is far quicker from other wholesalers

Cannot even purchase from this website, made up an account as required tried to purchase and nothing happens. Cannot add to cart, check out nothing. Even their contact us form didn't send the form when I tried to contact them. Left me thinking this is a scam website and wishing I'd never signed up. However having done so the site won't let me close the account! I would avoid at all costs if you value your internet security.

Hi Charlie, please note we are a wholesale website and as such we only provide accounts to genuine businesses. When you sign up for an account the application will go into an approval process where we asses your details, we state this after you sign up and with follow up emails explaining this and the outcome of your application. This would be the reason that you couldn't place an order or add to basket. I did reach our for your details to see the state of your application but you refused to provide them so I can't see status of your account but if you contact customer service at customerservice@angelwholesale.co.uk we can help look into this further.

They Refused to send replacements or offer any kind of assistance. Not even the offer of any future discount.
They Simply said No.

Been trying to get an answer to 2 emails, 2 'live' chats and 2 'contact us' emails for 9 days now, not a single answer.
The goods I eventually received (always full of excuses and blame the couriers, when we can clearly see the couriers have not been handed the goods) were completely scratched and unusable.
Hideous lack of customer service and stock awareness.
I wouldn't use them again if the goods were free !!!!

Really terrible delivery times

Really terrible delivery times. They say 5-10 days but it’s literally ten days and nothing. I have received parcels from France quicker. I won’t be ordering again. Too unreliable. Edit ordered 23rd November and it’s now 8/12/22 emails are being ignored I have now asked for refund twice but have been ignored. I am a very small business and had to refund my customers and kids were let down.

Hi Gill, I'm sorry you feel this way about us and we try and make our standard delivery times very clear at the checkout so customers know if they want to chose an express service or not. You order was placed on November 18th Friday evening and despatched 7 working days later to arrive the next day. I can see there have been numerous delivery attempts but they were unable to deliver and the parcel is still active. I can also see emails replying to you so I will chase to see it these aren't getting through to you. Based on your comments I'll get this delivery returned to us and arrange a refund ASAP

Slow delivery & disappointing quality

Our order took 11 days to arrive and the quality of the baby bodysuits is pretty poor. Unfortunately I don’t have time to return them as I have customers waiting for their orders. Honestly not very impressed at all.

I'm really sorry you experienced this and thanks for providing us with your order information. I've taken a look and can see that the order was despatched within 24 hours but it was grossly delayed with the couriers and apologise for that. Their maximum time period on that service is 72 hours and they went well over. I'm also sorry you weren't happy about the quality of the bodysuits we have had no complaints in quality over the thousands of sales we've had on these.
