I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Anijam.ai has been incredibly frustrating.

I purchased a paid subscription expecting an AI that could follow simple prompts. Instead, no matter how I word my prompts, the generated images and videos are often completely unrelated to what I asked for. I've tried rewriting prompts, simplifying them, and being as specific as possible, yet the results are consistently poor.

The worst part is that every failed generation still costs credits. So I'm essentially paying while the AI repeatedly produces unusable content. It feels like I'm paying to test a product that isn't ready for customers.

A platform that charges credits for clearly incorrect outputs should at the very least refund those credits or provide a way to regenerate without penalty. Instead, you lose credits every single time the AI misunderstands your request.

At this point, I regret purchasing the subscription. Unless the prompt accuracy improves dramatically and the company starts taking responsibility for wasted credits, I cannot recommend Anijam.ai to anyone.

There are many AI animation tools on the market today. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Anijam.ai is not one of the ones I would recommend.

The video introducing this platform was very misleading in its presentation. This is not Anijam's fault. However I was appalled at the price of just one 2 minute video. I went through the entire process to ensure that the video would produce what I asked it to. It didn't! in the 2 minute video it created I was able to pull out 1 minute and 3 seconds of usable video, which made no sense when pieced together. The rest was totally unusable and very badly produced with so many critical visual mistakes. Seriously, with platforms like Higgsfield, which are expensive, I could have saved myself credits and known that 95% to 99% of my prompts and images would have produced a super end result. The concept of Anijam is brilliant. The road to success will be a nightmare and cost a large amount of money. I will certainly revisit it in a year and see how far it has come from what is delivers now. Let's hope!

We used Anijam AI for one month for creating almost 30 short anime style and animated videos, the process was simple and fast. because to create same level short animated film would take hours in any other platform. but in Anijam AI, it gets done in less than 20 minutes.
overall, our experience was pretty good so far.

I cancelled my subscription but money was still taken out of my account. This is a fraudulent platform!!!!

Soon your business will be shut down. You are scamming people with their hard earned money. Neither I received my refund and later my credits were also taken away? This is how you earn respect in a business or it’s a new way of running a business that is hard time competiting in a market . Shame !

I really wanted to like AniJam because the quality of the generated videos is good. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating.

After successfully generating an episode, the system completely lost the connection between the storyboard and the generated video clips. Instead of automatically restoring the project, I was asked to manually identify and reconstruct every single scene, even though AniJam itself had generated those videos.

If users pay to generate a project, the platform should reliably save all the necessary project data. Losing the storyboard and forcing users to manually rebuild their work is simply unacceptable.

I also discovered that even if you only need the voice-over, you still have to generate the entire video project first. This makes the workflow unnecessarily complicated and inefficient.

The idea behind AniJam is excellent, but at its current state, its project management and overall reliability need major improvements. After this experience, I decided to cancel my subscription.

Hello, I am a user who recently purchased a subscription. Due to a technical error, I did not receive the credits I paid for. I have requested a refund via email, but it was denied. I have already initiated a formal chargeback process through my bank. I would like to resolve this amicably before the bank investigation finalizes. Could you please review my case?"

My feedback is neutral. They are going the right way, doing good, but too expensive for something that does not offer credits enough for the whole month and feels like a beta test.

I have been testing it for month. It's so easy to use, that people try to do things the old way, and ended saying they don't know how to use it.

Try the free version for a while before you decide is this is for you or not. Same with the IOS App
