I'm not feeling very well due to a URTI, and being diabetic means I need antibiotics to help resolve this. Dr Syed has been very helpful with this, and she and others in the team have also been trying her best to ensure my health is at its best. Thank you very much 😊

I can't praise this system enough. It's very quick, responsive, fair and I get the relevant treatment/phone call/appointment on the same day. The Drs, nurses HCAs and admin staff are all very very good.

Logged on after 9:30, I was a bit slow never having used it before. Easy to work your way round. Two problems, first I was referred to A&E, but it was the result of a recent accident. Second problem, processed through easily. Received a same day appointment less than 2 hours later.

And, I didn't have to log in at 8 o'clock and wait half an hour to be told no appointments left.

Yes, it’s frustrating that services CAN be lacking, but that’s the system. The individual surgery and treatment from staff and Dr’s is outstanding.

I sent in an anima to Hayesbank Surgery on 3/8/26 at 16.30, regarding a possible Hernia & received a phone call within half an hour offering me an appointment the following morning, excellent

My GP Dr Raja is amazing and always will be amazing. He’s a very good doctor today. He helps people that have got long-term medical issues and has mental health issues and a lot of other medical issues which I have got and he helps anybody he will listen and he will understand everything that you’re going through. I recommend if you have any other Doctors there to see if you can change to my doctor Dr raja he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to listen to you and understands.

Amina is a very quick way to get a reply if a person is unwell. I have always been happy with the service as it is an easy form to complete. You explain the symptons, what you would like to be done and availability if you are offered an appointment to see the doctor. Highly recommend!!
