I have already emailed the company more…

I have already emailed the company more than twice, but I have not received any response. I contacted them to cancel the subscription from this website because I was charged $9.99, but I did not receive any credits. My account is not even on the Pro plan. This feels like a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scammers. They take your money for trial where at the end you automatically move to a paid plan $29.99 or something staying cancel the trial any time. But there's no where to cancel and they ignore your emails and messages. I had to cancel with bank. All a scam to get you to unknowingly paying

This is a fraud

This is a fraud. I have not been able to create a single video and have been charged for the trial period. I am now at the risk of being charged $39 for their standard subscription after 7 days as there is no cancellation option and no one ever responds.

Please help.

No clear cancel option — misleading billing and poor support

I tried AnimateAI.pro because it advertised a 7-day trial for $3.99. The tool itself didn’t meet expectations, so I wanted to cancel before renewal. However, there was no cancel button in my account or in the Stripe billing page.

After contacting support, they sent me a Google Form link asking for personal information instead of canceling my trial — which is unprofessional and potentially unsafe. I’ve since reached out to Stripe support to block future charges and report this behavior.

Be careful if you’re considering this service. Always read the fine print, use a virtual card for trials, and avoid giving additional information through third-party forms. Transparency and a proper cancellation process would greatly improve trust in this company.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Offers a subscription that cannot be cancelled, even after multiple emails. Stripe should remove them as a payment customer as their sole purpose is to trick customers into subscribing

Fraudulent

They have no cancel button to end the subscription
I have written numerous emails, but I have yet to receive a response regarding the cancellation.
Animate ai is the site I paid for, but billing is by Giant Interactive (HK) Limited. There are no phone numbers or live chat options.
I am paying money, but I am unable to create videos due to the process being too complex and not user-friendly. Additionally, the videos I intended to make were 4-5 minutes long, but the site was unable to generate them. Initially, I reached out to them for support on using their website, but I received no response to my email. A business built on bad morals sends customers away. I am a student and will publish an article in my college's newsletter, display it in the library, and distribute it to the student cafeteria about fraudulent practices. I will also inform all my coworkers and fellow students in all my classes about the fact that the animate AI Pro website lacks a cancellation button, so that no one else has to lose money and time like I have. This is not the way to do business with international clients.
I subscribe to other video creation websites, such as CapCut, and use them a few times a year. So I pay as needed- they have an easy cancellation system.

I paid $148 for Animate.pro expecting a professional animation tool with reliable support. Instead, I’ve been completely locked out of my account for over a week. Both of my two project slots are frozen, and I can’t create anything new.

I contacted their “priority support” three times over the past 7+ days and received absolutely no response. I’ve tried clearing browser data, switching devices, and using multiple browsers — nothing works.

This is unacceptable for a paid product, especially one that advertises premium support. I’m now considering a refund or chargeback just to recover my money. If you rely on a stable workflow and responsive support, I recommend avoiding this platform until they fix their support system.
