Animehood Avis

How a company deals with mistakes (from consumer or from the business side) is the measure of their competency. This company handled my issue so so well it surprised me. They even added some compensation even though it was a mistake on my side. Nice people. Nice amazing support and great quality clothing and good prices. Highly reccomend

1st time using them, will definitely buy from them again.

2nd purchase with more to come. Nice pieces and at a reasonable price

My order came very fast and some lovely bonuses
Would recommend

Good communication, fast despatch and delivery as advised.
Lovely rucksack great designer and quality. A surprise when my grandchild opened the box to find two nice metal enamelled badges she was so excited and happy. As this was part of her birthday present 🎁 Would recommend the company to others.

Second time i have purchased from this place. Absolutely perfect service, couldn't give them a single fault. Placed an order for some nezuko figures at 3pm, and had them delivered less than 24 hours later. Packaging was perfect and they included a free nezuko pin badge.

I have ordered twice from them, 2 backpacks, I loved them both, they last really well, I was very happy with my purchases, reveived the order quick, it's a very reliable site, I will definitely order again

Very pleased with my item, fast delivery, good quality

Fast simple easy transaction got what I wanted thank you very much

The team were super friendly and helpful getting my order redirected to the right address. Product arrived within days, great quality and with free stickers! Thanks guys :)

I found a nice T-shirt, ordered it and it has arrived on the day they said it would without any sort of drama. It came in a small box, protected by the elements and a plastic sleeve for even more protection. They also send stickers for free, which was a very nice gesture. So yeah, I'm buying more stuff from them. My only complain is, please add more stuff into your options!

Fast, easy, recommended.

I ordered 3 tops for my 18 year old grandaughter for xmas. Arrived within 48 hours. Stickers in with each top. 1 was too small. Emailed for a returns label which arrived by email Wed 27 Dec. Posted back same day. I tracked item which was delivered today. I have today received confirmation refund been processed. What a service. Could not be any better. And goods excellent too. Would highly recommend. Well done.
