I bought a preorder cd from them and when I asked bout the title of the preorder because on other websites it was under a different name they responded to be in less than 24hrs, and cleared up all questions. And today when I bought some ZZZ merch Paiki M was very helpful in answering my many questions about how to assemble some items and clarified how to remove the protective plastic from the keychain that I bought. Since this company is based in California and they’re 5hrs away from I live shipping was really fast. It nice buying from a small company, especially one that’s in the same state as you.

Since the first time I ordered from their store online, the experience has always been smooth and when my orders are delivered, they arrive on time while everything inside is packaged with the utmost care to ensure their safety on arrival. A recent purchase I made led to one of the items I ordered turning out damaged due to a manufacturing defect. When I notified the team, they were very quick to respond and assured me that they would be able to provide a suitable replacement. However, since the item was out of stock at the time, it would be a while before it could be sent so they asked if I would be okay with waiting. I replied that I didn't mind at all and proceeded to drop off the damaged item at the post office. After it returned to them, they gave me a refund and kept me updated on the situation from when the item restocked to when it got shipped out with a tracking number. Once my replacement arrived, I found that it was in excellent condition, which made me very happy 💜🌈✨
