I have always been a fan of Anker products. However during recent purchase a person called me and told me that in case I did not accept the order I still have to pay the delivery fee. I found this practice a bit odd. Other than that it was all good

Warrenty policy is too bad
Warrenty policy is too bad. It takes 5 to 7 days if they put the charger under warranty. Where will we charge the phone if it takes so long?
