Amazing Charger Wire
Bought the charger for my car as other usb-c chargers I was getting were going faulty within a few months, apple car play and android play works well, charger is sturdy and durable. Would definitely recommend

Excellent products. Delivery too slow
Excellent products, but delivery times are too long. Prefer to buy from makers of products direct, rather than Amazon but it would be good if delivery matched Amazon.

Above and beyond customer service
I had a fault with one of my Anker power banks and contacted support with the details. I also provided the necessary photos and proof of purchase to help with the claim.
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded — especially on a Sunday evening, and within around 20 minutes.
Their reply was clear, helpful and professional, and they arranged a replacement straight away without any unnecessary hassle.
That kind of customer service is rare these days and it really reinforced my confidence in the brand.
I already own several excellent Anker products, including Soundcore headphones, chargers and Eufy cameras, and this experience has given me even more confidence in continuing to buy from them.
Service like this makes it very easy to make Anker first choice again in future.

Ordered an Anker 165w Power Bank from…
Ordered an Anker 165w Power Bank from the official Anker store on Amazon, the power bank stopped working correctly and Anker said because it wasn’t bought directly from them they can’t honour a warranty. for something that cost almost £70 you’d expect better customer service.
