Not the cheapest products but the quality is worth the small extra cost. I would absolutely recommend digging a bit deeper into your pocket and getting Anker brand if you can.

The powerbank seems to charge fully but…

The powerbank seems to charge fully but only last until the next day and this is even after not using it. The battery is not so good as it drains really fast. I will charge it througout the night to get it fully charged but the following morning it is on three blocks.

Excellent products and service

I bought the Anker Prime 160W as a quick and efficient way to charge my Anker Solix C200 DC power bank. Using suitable EPR cable it does the job perfectly. Well made, well featured and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick too.

Avoid Anker doorbells cameras at all cost . Cheaper and better products out there

Door bell camera batteries are extremely difficult to take out to charge. Below is my letter of complaint. Anker didn't want to know.

Dear Eufy Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a Eufy doorbell camera that I recently purchased.
It is almost impossible to insert the detaching pin into the hole used to release the battery. The hole is extremely difficult to see and locate, which resulted in me snapping the detaching pin while attempting to remove the battery. This is clearly a design flaw and not user error.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the broken detaching pin for me.
I also fail to understand why the release hole has not been positioned on the side of the unit, which would make battery removal far simpler and more user-friendly. As it stands, the current design makes a routine task unnecessarily awkward and frustrating.
I have previously been a big fan of Anker and Eufy products, but this experience has genuinely put me off purchasing further products unless the issue is acknowledged and resolved.
I look forward to your response and a suitable resolution.

I bought this charge cable just over 2…

I bought this charge cable just over 2 weeks ago and it's stopped charging already. I have tried to get it replaced but their site does not recognise my order number. I have emailed them but they just point me to the same website.It's been made very hard to get a replacement or a refund. I will probably just have to buy another cable elsewhere.
UPDATE: Anker have sent me a replacement cable free of charge and it's working fine. It took a few days to arrange.

Options

When money is not unlimited, it is important to have a cheaper option which is also a good option. Anker provided that.

Great quality products and customer service staff that know their product in detail

Initally, started purchasing their items as recommended as best buy. Totally worth it. The quality of something as basic as an USB C cable is on another level. Love the quality box they come in. A joy to open. But you know what's even better is the quality customer service staff that not only really know their product ( i.e in my case usb cables and technical stuff) they are great at responding and providing useful details. I like that my questions are actually answered. Other companies take note. :) Thank you Vannie
