Ordered a ladies adjustable finger ring. Not adjustable in any way shape or form without causing anticipted damage.
No returns note ( proclaimed small company ) no instructions what so ever.
Had to chase this owner all the way for e mail responses - not forthcoming
Had to chase the refund a day after the item was received a m. the day before.
Totally unprofessional.
Would not recommed in any way.
Bitterly disappointed.
Do not use this Company.
Just hard work !!

The ring you purchased is adjustable, as noted in the product description, and is designed to gently expand or tighten for a comfortable fit. If there was any difficulty adjusting it, we would have been more than happy to guide you through the process.
Regarding returns, as a small independent jewellery brand, we currently aren’t able to offer free returns. While we would truly love to provide that option, the costs can be significant for small businesses like ours. Our return policy is clearly outlined on our website so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
We always strive to communicate respectfully and resolve concerns fairly, and we remain open to assisting further within our store policies.

The perfect gift
I bought the earrings as a gift and was delighted when they arrived so quickly. The box is lovely too and displays them really well. I know my friend will love them. I feel they can be worn daily or on a special occasion.

The jewellery is lovely and very reasonably priced. The packaging was beautiful. The delivery was free but not tracked. I got to the door just as the postman was leaving my package outside the back door with over £100 worth of jewellery inside!
