Anothersole Avis 9

Kept seeing the ads but never bought until my co-worker wore them. She swore her Stella flats were the most amazing shoes she’s ever experienced so that did it for me. I have since purchased thrice, 2 Stellas and 1 Lucie black. I love how the insoles are removable and freshened up easily, I take them out and give them a scrub under the tab and so far so good! The shoes weighs next to nothing and I kept getting compliments for them esp when I wear my big ribboned Stellas. The only thing I realised is the pewter needs more delicate handling to prevent leather abrasion from scratching against the tarmac. (That’s what I was told when I wrote in)

other than that, I’m truly happy with the purchases and would definitely rec them.

The care they put into the crafting of their shoes is enough for this to be a 5 star review.

Everything they stand for as a brand really speaks volumes to the fact that they cut NO corners when it comes to creating amazing, comfortable all day shoes for everyday life.

The leather is long lasting, my wife has 4 pairs and they have all stood the test of time.

If you care about quality shoes, then Anothersole is the way to go.

Will be buying more and more styles.

I bought the Stellas for a trip and ended up wearing them way more than I expected. They’re super lightweight, pack flat in my suitcase (they took up almost no room), and were comfortable enough for full days of walking around. I was so much less tired at the end of my days.

They also look good with most outfits, so I didn’t have to pack multiple pairs. If you travel a lot and want great shoes that take up no space, these are 100% worth it.

I bought the Stella after seeing so many people rave about them, and I have to say they live up to it. They were incredibly soft right out of the box and the cushioning is way better than other flats or sneakers I’ve tried. I’ve worn them for errands, long walks, and even to work with nicer outfits, they are super versatile. I love them!

Been a customer for years- I think i have more than 5-7 pairs. As a teacher, almost all the teaching staff in my school swears by their anytime flats. Quality products and every time I need help I get them without fuss.

Returned some products before without issue as well.

I bought two pairs of Stella in pewter and rose. They fit well and are comfortable but the shiny finish is coming off after only wearing them twice. A bit of a shame.

Does not feel like leather. And the quality overall is not worth the money . The soul feels like it’s made of cheap plastic . Overall feels like something of shein or Temu

Way too big. Colour not what I was expecting. SIXTEEN POUNDS to return.

Never again

I've made two orders with this company. The first time - got my shoes, loved them, so I ordered 3 more pairs. The second time, one of the shoes arrived with a large bunch of dirt and disgusting hairs (long dark coarse hairs that could be from any part of the body, eww) stuck on them. Since the company promised a money back guarantee, I requested a return, only to enter into a long exchange with customer service - first they tried to only give me store credit, then they said they need to charge me shipping if I want a monetary return, and finally said if I don't want to pay for shipping then they had to revoke on a bulk discount since I am returning one pair of shoes. Waste of time and never once did the extremely rude customer service agent apologize for sending me a pair of nasty shoes (used or stored in an unhygienic warehouse) in the first place, or tried to make amends by trying to make the return process easier. And now, the leather on the first pair of shoes that I initially loved is already chipping and cracking and it's only been 2 months. Poor quality products, abominable customer service.
