They Cancelled order
The order was cancelled a couple of days after ordering due to not having enough stock, the email was generic and offered no apology or follow up, even in the automatic email. Very dissapointing, especially before Christmas

Where Do I Begin.
Where do I begin. Of the two Funkos I ordered, one was damaged and the other was not what I ordered.
The damaged item, a Valentines Darth Vader, had been packed overtightly in bubblewrap, which crushed the box from every side. I wouldn't have minded quite so much if it wasn't for the fact that this item was supposed to be a gift for a family member.
The other item was quite distinctly wrong. I distinctly ordered a Pop and Tee Joker with Megaphone set. This is not what arrived. I recieved an entirely different Joker set altogether. I'm not sure how this happened! The items don't even look the same!
I am writing this review as it's now been nearly a week and a half since I emailed the company to see how they'd rectify this and I have had no reply. Total radio silence. They don't provide a phone number either, which makes contact them even more difficult.
I have never had such horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not a company I would deal with again.

Products were packed well and luckily in a waterproof bag , as they were delivered later than expected and I was away for a week . They were delivered and left behind a bin for nearly a week .

Well packed, little slow to ship.
Well packed, ordered Friday morning. Didn't ship until Tuesday hence the 4 star. Would return but not if I was in a rush for it.

Perfect, no complaints at all!
Easy purchase, dispatched next day, delivered a few days later. The Funko Pop Figures were wrapped so amazingly that even Evri couldn't damage them, as much as it seemed like they tried. Wrapped in a lovely bit of tissue paper with a sticker logo, and then swamped in bubblewrap. Perfect, couldn't ask for more. Will be down for purchasing from again! :D
