0 stars - Ansonia Credit is reporting false data to load boards like DAT and factoring companies. We have provided proof that we paid our invoices in 25 days, and they claim we had 3 invoices over 60 days old and 1 other over 90 days old.

This of course caused our credit score to drop from 98% to 54% making carriers and factoring companies unwilling to work with us.

We provided proof of emails, cashed checks from the bank's online portals, invoices with dates. They refused to change the data and made us wait several days for the creditor to contact Ansonia in order to change the data.

Once changed it takes another 48 hours for them to update the data on the load boards, making it so that carriers don't want to call or email in order to book shipments with us.

Ansonia needs to be audited by the federal government for their business practices and DAT & other load boards should find a better credit bureau partner immediately.

I have no idea when and where this company gets its information. I had a company give me a call and wanted COD because this company had a very low credit report on my company. I called the 855 number and got a hold of someone who had to go to website for info. Well, I did and all it gave me was some sort of graft that meant nothing. All I asked for was the name of the companies that said our credit was bad so I could verify it - no go. Of course, the claim no responsibility in the as the get it from other parties.
Just beware of companies like this that give out credit scores and don't tell you where they got the info.

Ansonia credit data reports misleading credit score for its brokers as well as other members. I encountered there credit scoring system on DAT load board and found it odd that some members would have a good credit score but in reality had terrible credit. I called Ansonia and asked why this was and was told they only judge credit between members. So if you wasn’t a member negative remarks from other sources wouldn’t hurt the score. This a total bias way to do business. Beware of their scoring system.
