My experience with this apartment sale has been extremely negative and marked by a lack of responsibility, communication, and transparency.

On January 20, I was contacted by the real estate agent and informed that there had been a water leak in my apartment. This was surprising, as the water had been turned off, both centrally and within the apartment. Shortly thereafter, I was told that staff from the agency had visited the apartment with a plumber and requested payment of 3,500 TL to address the issue.

On April 15, I was informed that my neighbor in the apartment below had suffered extensive water damage and mold. The neighbor, who resides in Denmark, contacted me and stated that her apartment had been severely damaged. A painter sent by the agency had inspected the damage and offered to repaint certain areas, which the neighbor did not consider sufficient.

When I tried to clarify what had happened, I repeatedly asked the agency staff whether they had turned the water back on, as a leak otherwise seemed unlikely. After several unanswered questions, they eventually denied doing so. At the same time, neighbors were able to confirm that the water had in fact been turned on centrally and was later shut off at my request.

The agency did not take responsibility for the situation and provided no assistance with insurance matters. As a result, I was forced to cover the costs myself, totaling approximately 115,000 TL for repairs to my neighbor’s apartment, as well as an additional 30,000 TL in hotel expenses.

At the same time, the agency informed me that they had found a buyer for my apartment and that I would receive a net amount of €97,000. I accepted this, but never received proper documentation for the transaction despite my bank requesting it. When the payment was made, I received €96,557 instead of the agreed €97,000, and additional deductions had been applied, including a tax that I had neither been informed about nor agreed to.

When I later raised these issues with the agent, I was told that I should not have paid for the damages at all, as the responsibility supposedly lay with the neighbor. This reasoning seems illogical, as the damage originated from my apartment and the neighbor is not permanently residing there.

In summary, this has been a very poorly handled situation in which I, as the customer, have had to bear both financial and practical consequences. I believe the agency has acted unprofessionally and avoided responsibility throughout the entire process.

I intend to share my experience further, including documentation and images of the damage caused, to raise awareness and help prevent others from going through a similar situation.

I cannot recommend this company to others.

Zobaczyłem na żywo kilka mieszkań aby móc porównać z opisem w ofercie internetowej. Wyglądało to niestety znacznie gorzej .Pozwoliło mi to bardziej sprecyzować własne oczekiwania do przyszłej nieruchomości i koniecznego budżetu do tego spełnienia. Moje plany pozostały zaktualizowane.

I bought my Turkey villa with Antalya homes back in 2018 and now I’m renting and potentially selling my villa with them. I have researched and dealt with at least 15-20 property agencies in Turkey and found this company to be the most honest, transparent and genuine of them all. I’m a UK resident and would not go to any other firm for my property needs as trust and integrity are the most importantly factors for me as a foreigner. Hello i bought my apartment from antalya homes in 2022 it was a very good experience everyone was helpfull not just to buy the appartment but with everything i needed help with. I needed help to buy insurance for my appartment and i want to thank Emre Unal because it wasn't his job but because of the language not everyone speaks english he went above and beyond to help me with everything and explain everything in the contract.I highly recommend this agency.

Gestern habe ich mir bei Immoscout Immobilien in Istnabul angeschaut. Fast alle Objekte werden von der Firma Tekce beworben. Was ich unseriös fand ist, dass ein Großteil der Wohnungen sich in Stadtvierteln befindet, die für Neuregistrierungen von Ausländern gesperrt sind.
D.h., kauft ein Kunde ohne türk.Pass dort von Tekce eine Wohnung, erlebt er eine böse Überraschaung. Er wird sich in dieser Wohnung niemals registrieren lassen können, also dort auch nicht ganzjährig leben dürfen. Sondern nur max. 180 Tage im Jahr, und nie länger als 90 Tage am Stück.
Ich möchte der Firma nicht unterstellen, dass das Absicht ist, diese Fakten zu verschweigen, denn ich habe vor 2 Jahren, als man mit der Sperrung von Istanbuler Stadtteilen für Neuregistrierungen von Ausländern begann, keinen Makler gefunden, der anfangs davon wusste. Aber inzwischen sind diese Regeln seit zwei Jahren bekannt und immer wieder informieren Regierungsbehörden über weitere Sperrungen von Stadtvierteln. Und es ist meiner Meinung nach Pflicht von Maklern, insbesondere wenn sie ein internationales Netz sind wie Tekce, solche Informationen zu haben und für Kunden zu publizieren.
Schließlich ist das deren Job für den ein Kunde am ende Provision zahlt.
Aber wie gesagt, überrascht mich derartige Unprofessionaltiät in Istanbul nicht, da ich sie hundertfach - vor allem bei Maklern - erlebt habe. (Da werden z.B. regelmäßig 30 bis 50 qm mehr angegeben als die Wohnungen tatsächlich haben. Und Grundrisse gibt es natürlich angeblich nie!!!) Deshalb war ich so nett, und habe Tekce eine Mail geschrieben und auf die gesperrten Stadtteile hingewiesen.
Aber diese Firma verhält sich so unprofessionell und unseriös, dass sie das einach ignoriert. Stattdessen schickt man mir Details zur Wohnung und bietet eine Besichtigung an. Noch dazu, kam schon in den ersten 24 Stunden Werbung für Immobilien in anderen Städten, die ich nie bestellt habe und wo ich gar nicht hin mag.
Das schlimme an Immofirmen wie diesen ist der große Verkaufsdruck für die Mitarbeiter. Oft funktionieren die Büros in den verschiedenen Städten nach Franchise-System und es geht nur um schnellen Profit. Jeder kann so ein Büro aufmachen, der Beruf des Maklers ist in der Türkei nicht geschützt. So musste ich z.B. vor zwei Jahren einem sogenannten Makler eine weltweiten Firma erklären, dass es Ausländern verboten ist, Immobilien in unmittelbarer Nähe von Militärobjekten zu kaufen. Er wollte mir eine Wohnung verkaufen, mit Blick auf eine Kaserne. Unfassbar. Man kann manchmal gar nicht sagen, ob es nur Dummheit ist, oder eiskalter Betrug.
Ich kann vor dem Wohnungskauf in der Türkei nur warnen. Es sei denn Sie haben dort Verwandte oder wirklich sehr sehr gute türkische Freunde. Und selbst für die ist das Ganze nicht risikofrei.

While the initial meeting and property viewing was a good experience after I had made the offer and it was accepted I was not kept up to date. I dealt with Ebubekir Gonen. I chased him and explained that the funds had been deposited and ready for the transfer & ceremony process. When I reminded him a few days later and asked for an update. became rude. I have blocked him and I am dealing with Egeman Dalbuy who has been more than helpful.

A very good company which works purposeful and professional . Mr. Sezer Bartan was extremely decent and helpful . He was patient , kind and flexible .
