Ordered online and followed up by a…
Ordered online and followed up by a phone call a couple of days later to be reassured by customer service my order was on way.
Then today an email to say order not in stock but no words of apology or offer to source elsewhere after taking my money and postage. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again

Jacket I wanted sourced for me
My friend from America sent me a Normann jacket as a birthday gift, but it did not quite fit so I went to exchange it. The process was easy and they were extremely helpful, going to huge effort to source the jacket I wanted in the correct size and colour. It took a few weeks, but they rang to say it had arrived and I went to get it. It is gorgeous and I'm very pleased with it. Huge thanks to all at Ryan's, particularly Deirdre, from whom I collected the jacket.

Impeccable 5 Star Service
My 12 year old daughter and I bought a beautiful Confirmation dress here from a Spanish label during a weekend break in Galway. The lady who assisted us was brilliant, professional, helpful and offered excellent constructive feedback on the many outfits tried on! She never rushed us or pressurised us to buy. Because it was such a positive and relaxing shopping experience, we decided to try sort out the cardi/jacket which we did. My daughter also chose a lovely pair of trendy jeans cos she was on a roll!! Everything was beautifully wrapped up as we chatted to the lovely sales assistant. I didn't catch her name but she had short dark hair & glasses. She deserves a bonus. While dealing with us she also sorted out a communion dress and all the trimmings to the girl in the changing room beside us!!

Fantastic shopping experience in Anthony Ryan's
We visited Anthony Ryan's in Galway today and were assisted by Lorraine..She was incredibly helpful to myself, my Mum and sister. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so pleasant to deal with and a fantastic ambassador for the store. So lovely to meet such a genuine and lovely person.
Thank you. We will be back.
