Very good company
Very good company. Had to email them to say keys have not arrived and last known tracking was at Royalmail in Manchester depot. Cassie emailed me and phoned me to say they would look into it. Had another call later from a guy to say they would send me a brand new lock & keys as a replacement after speaking to Royalmail, I said I’d leave it a few days in case Royalmail delivered which eventually they did. Replacement keys are original, not copies, and work fine but less expensive.

Super swift ordering and delivery process. Ultion key caps a bit pricy but I wanted everything in the one order so that was my choice. Would certainly use again.

Fabulous service. We ordered four keys on Friday and they came on Saturday! How's that for prompt delivery.

Easy to use site. Good communication and swift delivery.
Although not the company responsibility it does say that there should be a signed for delivery from the Post office unfortunately it was just part of normal delivery.
Also delivery charge of £6 is a little steep considering the postage on the jiffy bag was only £3.50

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Steven, parcel was sent Signed for and postman signed for parcel and delivered as normal. As we said on the phone i have filed a complaint with Royal mail as this does not meet our level of standards.
