horrible

horrible. they dont answer messages / chats / emails and no phone number. all I want to do is cancel my order as it is not going to arrive EVER. do not order from here .
update : after writing my review , they contacted me and refunded me. so at least they did that. still I think not being able to contact them is an issue - and way too long to ship items .

Some of our lighting products are manufactured and shipped directly from our production facility overseas. During the time of your order, our factory was temporarily closed due to the Chinese New Year holiday, which is an annual national holiday in China. This unfortunately caused delays in both production and response times.

That said, this is not an excuse — and we completely understand how concerning it can feel when communication is delayed.

For transparency:

Standard shipping time: approximately 25–30 days

Expedited shipping time: approximately 10–15 days

These timelines include production and international transit. We always aim to clearly communicate shipping expectations on our website, and we are continuously improving our response speed and customer service availability.

Where is my ceiling fan?

I ordered a ceiling fan (Antizer2081) on July 17th. It is now Aug 25th and no ceiling fan. I was told 28 days to deliver but it's been well over 28 days. Since there is no customer service phone number to call, I wrote to the "service" email provided for an update on multiple occasions. I was sent a tracking link that has not been updated since Aug 5th. Where is the realtime status update? I'm wondering if the Antizer site is a scam. Buyer beware!!

Don't waste your money

Bought fans from this company, the fans were all 300-450 dollars, so for the cost, I would expect really high quality fans, instead the light fixture was cheap flimsy plastic, the "solid wood" fans were made of wood pulp, and when I asked for a refund, as their website listed, the rep replied, offered me a 200 dollar refund, and when I replied asking for a full refund, I got no reply. Save your money and buy from an actual trustworthy company.

Horrible communication. Very unprofessional

Great looking product on the website at a decent price. Loved the modern vibe. However, two months after purchase, the product did not arrive. Communication has been terrible. I have requested a full refund, but who knows?

Happy customer

Was hesitant at first about ordering from company, but am glad I did. It took 2 weeks and 2 days to get my lights, but they came packed extremely well and in good condition. The lights were as advertised (make sure to read the specs, since returning all the way to Hong Kong is not worth it) and by far less expensive than the identical lights from other companies. I have not hung them yet but will definitely post again when they are up.

This Chinese company is crooked

This Chinese company is crooked. Tried to return a large purchase and they would not even respond to e mail, social media message, or the multiple numbers they have listed to call. One in which said it was not even a working number. Stay away from this place.

Delivery takes forever, not sure about the product

I cannot say anything about the product itself- it looked beautiful on the photos and the price is nice, as well.
However, I asked for fast shipping and I was reassured I would ge the lamp soon. Now I am already waiting for three weeks and the tracking link shows that the product has been loaded on the boat from China. No estimate time of arrival, no way to contact them. Hopefully I will receive the lamp before Thanksgiving, hahaha

Nice Looking Light, But Needs Modifications To Fix Sagging Rings

We got the five ring light, but the two largest rings sag noticeably after assembly. No amount of tightening of the posts fixed the problem, and in fact the posts eventually strip out of their holes. We had to modify the design by adding four sheet metal screws to secure the two large rings. After these repairs, the light looks great, and we're really enjoying it!

The Chandelier Is Small

The chandelier is smaller than what it was portrayed in the photos. Even the measurements given in the description only mentioned the height of the chandelier . its actual width was not mentioned.
