This company is by far the biggest scam order 182$ worth of items and this was a gift given to me as a house warming gift filed police report being they delivered left in a unsecured location no delivery photo was uploaded or anything when reaching out to customer service they wanted me to wait 10 more days after waiting weeks for the products to do a investigation and it was taking them hours to respond back to email inquiries and they never answered there phone so please be aware and choose another company to shop with that makes sure you receive you items and offer them excellent courtesy customer service

Beware of ANUA US!!
On June 16, 2025 I ordered some product on their Website and the amount of $111.90 was immediately
deducted in El Segundo, CA from my Credit Card.
No shipment ever arrived! On July 16, 2025 I contacted the ANUA.US website to find out what happened. They told me it had been delivered. I contacted ANUA again requesting tracking #, company name that supposedly delivered the shipment, date of delivery. No answer from ANUA.
I contacted them again on July 18, 2025. Still no answer from ANUA. It seems they are not willing to hand over this information. WHY? Are they trying to cheat customers out of their money? I will never order from this company again!

Disappointed….

I’ve been using this for 2 years already,btw Im from Japan, i’ve run out of my serum the 70+ Niacine Serum so i went out to buy it in the mall where i always buy,but when i opened it any tried it i noticed a different scent to it ,I’ve compared it to the one i’ve used before and it really smelled different, I’m verry disappointed at it…I don’t know what happened but I noticed a plastic scent and it smells different….

Wanted to return part of my order and…

Wanted to return part of my order and they never responded. I sent out multiple emails and they said they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. They also have a policy where they will not accept returns after 14 days and it doesn’t help that no one responds. I am beyond frustrated

I ordered the Ultimate Korean Skincare set, cost me AUD 112.00 on shopify on the 12th of May . I sent 2 emails for a follow-up after two weeks of waiting. Never received any response whatsoever from Anua. Bloody scammers. I just disputed the transaction through my bank and hopefully I get my money back .

UPDATE: I got my money back after I successfully put in a dispute of transaction with my bank.

I ordered from Anua to get their skincare set. The package was not delivered to my home and while I did all the legwork for the company they refused to send me a replacement and ultimately refused to refund the price for a product that I never received. The customer service sounded as if AI was answered any email I sent. They never solved my issue and they never offered to send a replacement despite saying if it was USPS fault they would. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this company.

Ordered and paid for a complete line which was over $50.00. Just got one small product?! I've written the company twice to request the rest of my products, and they have not responded. This is fraud. A switch and bait con, to get your money. DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO TOSS YOUR MONEY IN THE WIND. 😡

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I placed an order back in April that did not arrive and I have not yet received a refund. I have contacted their teams via email since April and they respond back with thank you for your patience we will look into and get back to you. We are in September now and still no refund.

Where is my order?

I am not giving one star yet but I made my order on May 16th and I have not seen anything. I live in the UK. The tracking number is showing the order in HK on May 31st! Real shame as I was looking forward to the items I ordered and paid for.

Customer service is atrocious

Customer service is atrocious, I asked loads of times for a tracking number that worked and received nothing back, Emma Thomson, is truly the epitome of dense. Never have I even spoke with a more dense “person” probably a bot. My item was supposedly shipped on the 21st, tracking not working, can’t find my order. And I received another today 30th May to say it’s been shipped again. Why lie? Just why? Pathetic. Useless. Will never be buying from there ever again. An embarrassment.

Update: just found out they’re scammers, don’t spend your money here.
