They do NOT have PPV and had nothing but issues with the service the week leading up to renewal. The last day was absolutely horrible. I was unable to connect to any channel about 12 hours leading up to the end of the contract. Do NOT waste your money on this sub.

Horrible service!

Horrible service!! That’s all I have to say. I consider them as sc*mmers. It’s unbelievable how bad this service is. You have to always contact them for support and nothing works.

Please stay away from these guys.

Bought a 3 month subscription after about 3 weeks constant buffering so bad, they use to be really good hence why I took out another subscription.
Using Signal to communicate with them is useless they take ages to get back to you and seem to ask the same questions over and over and nothing is getting resolved.
Given up now just have to find another iptv provider.
SO DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FREE TRIAL RUNS SMOOTHLY GIVING YOU FALSE HOPE AND ONCE YOU PAY FOR THE FULL SUBSCRIPTION THE SHIT SERVICE STARTS, BE AWARE PEEPS .......................

Signed up with Anubis earlier this year…

Signed up with Anubis earlier this year and was working fairly well for @ 6 months...it took @ 1 week to finally find a platform that would launch their app but finally got it going. Service stopped twice and had to reach out to customer service on Signal and received 1 reply then nothing. I finally touched based on their website and launched a ticket. Similar experience twice and service was down for @ 3 days each time. I received an email notification in September that they had major server issues and they were working on restoring their service...system back up two weeks later...couldn't load channels- contact customer support. After 2 days managed to get service back up and running....worked for 1 day then nothing and has been down for a month. I contacted customer service again and I was sent a new link which results in a server error message when loading the https code they sent. I paid for a second six month subscription but have lost 2 months of that already in down time....

customer service was poor

customer service was poor, service did not have very good guide so hard to find anything. Tried to extend for 2 months to try to explore more and they charged me for it and then cut it off after a month. When I asked why nothing working they told me they gave me 2 hook ups for 1 month each. even though my conversation was clearly written and accepted by their customer service they refused to refund or give us another month that was paid for

They have no service

They have no service, you contact them on signal, leave them a message and no idea when they'll respond. Trying to renew my subscription but there's been no response on this to do that via PayPal, it doesn't link their account to a receiver of payment so no idea how to pay and 1 day left before cutoff, I I've been trying for 3 days so if I get disconnected will go with another provider that actually has service. No response to issues for days, no response to payment.

None responsive

It's been four days now I haven't been able to access my IPTV channels. I've messaged numerous times with no one reading the messages or responding. I find It's been buffering constantly of late, there's never a guide, always says downloading but never does. They say be constructive, get out of the business and save us all the headaches! I'm done..

Hemos instalado con ellos el kit digital. La atención es pésima, sus explicaciones insuficiente, y surgen problemas que hemos solucionado nosotras mismas,porque ellos ,o no saben, o no tienen interés. La gestión de redes es de vergüenza.

Horrible support, STAY AWAY!!! I would mirror what the previous reviewer wrote as support treat you like A Hole if you don't know where your url is located or need assistance with setup. Support DID NOT want to help at all and then stopped responding! STAY AWAY

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with Anubis iptv things stop working so I asked for help no response so I said to them that they are supposed to have a 24/7 customer service but I am not getting that.. they answered me back with an order cancelled and refund issued. Please consider finding another provider you are not an ideal customer for us. Then they stopped answering me.so doubt I'll see my refund

Horrible. Always spinning. Never can get tv guide. Would rate them -10. Got them in jan will not be resubscribing. Hope to find a more reputable one in ontario

Terrible

Terrible! Worked for 4 days then nothing asked for support and response time was one message per one or two hours 🙄 then he just cancelled my subscription. Don't give these guys your money!

I subscribed for 3 months

I subscribed for 3 months, watch TV for one night, the next morning it was not working. So I reached out on the signal app for customer support and got no answer for hours. Then I tried messaging directly on the website, the woman that answered said that because I messaged them on the website I was banned. It's ludicrous to think that reaching out for customer support would be the reason to ban somebody from their service. When asked about refunds they never replied. I suspect they will keep the money and run. Do not and I repeat do not use this IPTV service for any reason at all. There zero customer support and if you try and use it you get banned. When asked about a refund I have been ignored by two 'customer support people', specifically Sarah who banned me and Vivian. I paid with a debit card and had to change it at the bank as I didn't trust these sketchy people with my info. They are also using stolen pictures for their agents. Vivian's image is actually an Olivia who is a senior manager for a publishing company in the UK. Highly unlikely the real Olivia is doing tech support for these scammers

I had 5 subscriptions with these guys…

I had 5 subscriptions with these guys and have had issues with epg for 3 days straight. I asked and complained about the problem. They gave me a round about answer telling me it will be back in a couple hours. 3 days later still no epg. I inquired about it again, and telling them I still have no epg and they canceled my subscriptions. With customer service like that I would never recommend this service to anyone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I would rate them zero. I bought a year subscription in November 17, 2024. Hardly used it. First problem cannot get EPG. Went on vacation in December tried to setup service on my Samsung Smart TV. URL doesn’t work person tried blaming network that was fully working. When I told them that they just ignored all my text. Tried reaching out other avenue. The person told me my subscription expired. Told them impossible cause I was in my second month of a year subscription (Actually a month since subscription started mid month) They decided just to ignore all my text asking to get access to service. Text them telling them if they won’t provide service they need to give me back a refund. AGAIN no response.
These people are SCAMMERS!!!.
They need to be shut down permanently. Then have the nerve to send emails suggesting to buy subscriptions for family member. Luckily I did not.
Today is December 31, 2024 and these people still ignoring requests for assistance to provide service and or refund. Some 24 hours customer service means they ignore you.
