Was a bit concerned that my Insurance claim would become very complex, as I had never claimed through the Estate Management before but it proved to be a pleasant surprise. From the first communication with Daniel (Narey-McIver) and his colleagues, all communications were prompt, clear and accurate. In fact there were many status and follow up emails that were unexpected but very welcome. A very good experience all around. Thank you Daniel and A-One.

We have swapped all our business insurances over to A1 as our previous broker just wasn't doing anything to support us. A1 have put in every effort to explain the complex world of insurance to us so we understand what we are buying, have tried to save us money where possible, pointed out a number of areas where we weren't covered but should have been AND have handled two claims in a proactive, expedient and friendly manner. We can't recommend them enough!

During the month of March 2021 my car was declared a total write off and it was necessary for me to make a claim. This involved a link up with Zurich in Portugal and in the UK. The gentleman appointed to handle my claim was Mr. Harry Smart. I had never been in this position before so I found the prospect of getting the claim underway quite daunting. Mr. Smart took me through the process one step at a time and was very clear on how I should proceed. The communication with Mr.Smart was regular and reassuring. I am so impressed with the respect and professionalism shown to me during the process and I have no hesitation in recommending A-One Insurance and Mr. Harry smart in particular.

This 12 months has been very difficult, financially, for a small family run business such as ours. Found A-One Insurance Group more than 10 years ago and now use them for all my Blocks of Flats insurance. My Portfolio Manager, Julie Cheetham, deals efficiently with new business and annual renewals, negotiating hard to get me the best price. Cai Rolfe, my Business Development Manager, is on hand for exceptional queries and contacts me throughout the year to check all is well. And, when the worst happens and a claim is necessary they have their own Claims Dept. who lead you through the process step by step. The best Independent Brokers by far! Amazing! Anthony Bristow dealt with our claim when the pubs were shut down due to Covid 19. My husband and I both fell in love with Anthony and want to marry him. He persisted with the insurers and took our miserly offer of £6000 up to £30,000 through sheer grit and determination not to allow the insurers to get away with a small offer. We would definitely use him again even if he does turn down our marriage proposal, we'll still love him!

I had to make a claim for my lost engagement ring. I was very upset about this as the ring was inherited from my Grandmother. Harry made the claim run very smoothly and was very sympathetic.
I received the settlement within a couple of weeks.
