Would have rated 5 but for a woeful delivery service. Firstly received 1 of the 2 boxes damaged in transit (DX) with damage to 1 of the chairs. This was replaced with no argument, but an awful delivery service from Evri really detracted from what is a really well made and comfortable Bistro set. Customer services at Aosom, contrary to other reviews I have seen, were easily contacted and acted efficiently in all respects.

Double parasol colour is not what it is…
Double parasol colour is not what it is in photographs and I am having so much trouble getting a helpful response from this company. They just keep asking for more photographs and more evidence but all I am asking is if I have been sent the right parasol as this one is brown not white but we have to use it for our photoshoot this week.

Overall not a good experience …
The pergola arrived without any notice beforehand that it was arriving that day. It was propped on the wall and I had to get help to bring it in. Some of the pieces have no lettering or numbers on in order for you to follow the instructions. One of the poles has a dent on it and another has scratches overall not a good experience

I am really impressed
I am really impressed. I bought a gazebo. It arrived missing one of the legs. I rang the help desk. I spoke to a nice lady. She said she would organise a replacement. It arrived today. Not bad. I rang Saturday and it’s Tuesday today so basically 3 days turnaround. Excellent.
