It took several weeks for my product to arrive. I contacted my bank to request a refund, which I subsequently received. On two separate occasions, this company has attempted to withdraw $50 from my account without authorization.

Stop trying to take money out of my account. Stop stop please stop every time you tried to take money out of my account my account lets me know that you done it and you do it after midnight it's not right. They asked me I want to approve it and my ask will always be no because I didn't prescribe anything else other than what I have already. I don't want anymore and I haven't authorized any payment to you all thank you and have a great day.

I purchased my order back in March 2026,it was paid in full. I didn’t order anything else March. I see last week I was charged again I didn’t purchase anything from them not since March? Aparthy are a scammer and they shouldn’t charge you again without your consent period? Also the need to refund my money back in my account at this point.

I should have listen to the reviews. But wanted to see first. People who suffer from hair loss are dealing with trauma of loosing hair and they seek products that can help or assist in regrowing hair. To take advantage of people like us IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I received the product but the ingredients listed on what I received is NOT THE ingredients listed on the APARTHY website. So this is considered FRAUD. I will be submitting a request to the FTC they will investigate this company showing they are scamming people, robbing people of their hard earned money. Please report this company to the FTC. These companies need to know that consumers are TIRED OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES. The ingredients listed on the product I received was only aloe vera, ginger root and rosemary. Not what they claimed on their website. False advertisement, purposely defrauding and stealing from people WON'T BE tolerated. Your company is reported to FTC, fyi.

I am trying out this product and barely liquid coming out of it rolling on my head. My head is red cuz I was rolling so much. Is it suppose to come out barely little or what?

Bottles keep being delivered to me and I noticed that they are taking $80 out of my account every month are you serious I want every bit of my money back every bit of it you forced me into a subscription give me my money back

Warning do not buy from Aparthy! Never received product and have sent multiple emails only to be told that they will not refund my money! It’s a total scam!

This company is forcing customers into subscriptions unknowingly. They don’t have a customer service number to be reached directly, and it’s not fair to the consumer seeing unauthorized charges from companies that they trusted enough to try.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

There’s a discrepancy between the ingredients listed on their website and the ingredients listed on the box/serum. I emailed them about this and they basically admitted this is just a marketing scheme.

Secondly, the manufacturing date is in the future…in May 2026! Not even sure if this safe to apply. I emailed them about this too which they’ve ignored on 2 occasions.

I reached out for a refund they declined unless I cover costs plus an addition restocking fee. Which I refused as the item is falsely advertised.

Stop the reoccurring shipments and any charges. This is jacked up and you guys need to be shut down I want all my goddamn money back

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER 3 WEEKS OF WAITING! REPORTED THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY "APARTHY" "IMMEDIATELY" ISSUED A REFUND N 10 DAYS. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON POINT! 😇🙏🏽

The most horrible customer service experience. My problems began with my second shipment which came with brown instead of clear liquid as my first one did. When I tried to report this and get a refund, that’s when my problems started and so I contacted my credit card company for the refund. ‘Sara’ from Aparthy begged me to cancel my dispute with my credit card company which I didn’t only to have them contact my credit card company with lies about how I was unwilling to work with them.

Oh yeah and I was also put in a subscription that was hard to cancel.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE BY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH APARHY. THEY HAVE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND A SHOTTY PRODUCT.

Total nonsense. This is a very dodgy company. Doesn’t work at all. Customer service non-existent. They should be prosecuted for false claims and ripping people off. Really bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The rillerball was metal and hard, serum did not come out, you had to press really hard and this hurts your scalp, very dissatisfied, and customer service was not helpful, give you the run arround

The product I received list of ingredients were 3% rosemary, 2% ginger root oil, and 2% aloe vera extract not the 3% rosemary, 3% Redensyl and 2% AnaGain as promise.

The product was not what I expected, I asked for a refund and they take my money 😒 instead of giving me money they took money the customer service sucks 😒 😑 😐

Haven't used it long but it has good ingredients and the company is responsive when you reach out.

Aparthy is scamming customers.
I purchased a product from this company and paid for my first order as a one-time purchase. I never subscribed to any membership or recurring service. However, on 02/08/26, another charge was taken from my account without my authorization.

When I logged into their app to check for any subscriptions, there were no active subscriptions listed under my account. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response.

Additionally, the product I received does not look like what was advertised. Due to the unauthorized charge, lack of communication, and misleading advertising, I believe this company is engaging in fraudulent practices.

I am proceeding with legal action regarding being scammed by this company. I strongly advise others not to purchase from Aparthy.

Don’t know if it works or not (although I suspect it doesn’t) because the roller applicator won’t work. Nothing comes out. Total ripoff. Don’t buy it. I am kicking myself cuz I should have known better.

I never received my order and now they are sending me another "second" shipment which I certainly didn't order. There's no phone number to reach them. Stay away from this company!
