I chose the company for convenience…

I chose the company for convenience while I was relocation from Leicester.
It was worst decision ever. My luggage never reached home. It was supposed to reach in oct end 2025 but nothing yet. And no one responds me back.

They dislocate my luggage and sent me random open luggage pics to ask if its yours.

The shipment to Malawi was handled smoothly, with clear communication and great attention to detail. I’ve been using Xepa International for…

I’ve been using Xepa International for all my international collections and shipments abroad, and their service is absolutely outstanding. The gentleman who always assists me is not only friendly and approachable but also very professional and genuinely cares about ensuring I get the best possible quote every time.

What I really appreciate is how smooth and stress-free the whole process is, collections are always arranged quickly, shipments arrive on time, and I’ve never had to chase anything up. They’re reliable, transparent, and always keep me updated, which gives me complete peace of mind when sending goods abroad.

I now only use Xepa International for all my business ( and personal at times) because they’ve consistently delivered excellent service and unbeatable reliability. The customer service is second to none, and it’s clear they truly value their clients.

Best cargo service

I had arranged for a parcel to be sent abroad. I was firstly welcomed with a group chat which gave full instructions n then kept me updated. Having the urgency of the parcel delivery i raised a query with Moses . Moses is an asset to the co. He located my parcel, made sure i was correctly invoiced and my parcel was delivered immediatey to an alternate address. He went an extra mile keeping me posted till my parcel was handed over safely. Thankyou once again Moses

Outstanding Service

This is my first time Air freighting something abroad and I honestly can not thank Apex enough. J the guy that has been my point of call throughout has been nothing less than outstanding. He was professional, extremely patient considering there was a lot of back and fourth on my part, many questions asked and it was never any bother for J to answers these questions and put my mind at ease. Everything was clear cut and J was always prompt and efficient in his communication with me. It was a very professional yet personal service as these days it’s hard to get companies that deal with you in such a direct manner, there always appears to be grey areas where you are left not knowing what’s really happening or an AI automated response which really isn’t helpful! I changed dates of collection a couple of times dues to personal reasons and again the team were nothing but accommodating and in fact sent their well wishes to my mother who has just had a major operation, I mean who does that these days?! The team came to collect all my goods and again Zunaid who came to collect my things was such a nice patient genuine man who waited longer for me to arrive and did not put me under any kind of pressure what so ever, he was wonderful! The team then sent me videos to see the packages and were very clear and concise in their breakdown of everything. I really couldn’t thank them enough, I will most definitely use them again in the future and tell others to do the same. Thank you so much J, you have took a great weight off my shoulders because these things can be very stressful! Oh and J also gave me as much information as he could with regards to charges fees and taxes agents etc that would need to be arranged on the receiving destination so I could be best prepared for this so there aren’t lots of unexpected surprises and stress once the goods arrived. Thank YOU so much J I really appreciate yours and the team excellent service. You have been epic!

First shipment with Apex

This was my first time shipping with Apex and must say I was nervous till the process was complete.
The process went well from pick up UK to arrival in Gambia. Only thing I would say that I'd like more updates on my shipment without me having to contact especially as a new customer it puts you at ease. But with saying that Mary Taylor was prompt on answering my enquiries on shipment as soon as she possibly can which I appreciate very much. Shipment arrived in Banjul and was able to be collected same day in perfect condition. Very happy and will definitely use them again. Also the collection guy was great also.

Great service for freight to Zambia

Great service for freighting to to Zambia, either land or air. Quick, good value and people there especially Yahyaa a pleasure to do business with.

VERY WORRIED

Recently used this company and told them my stuff had to be in Zimbabwe by a specific date. Once my suitcase was collected, I was never contacted to let me know it had left the Uk, I had to chase. The date it was supposed to arrive in Harare came and went, again no contact from Apex, I had to chase to find out what was happening. I was told it was being cleared by customs in Harare which can delay things and it should be delivered in two days, fair enough that’s reasonable. The next day, AGAIN I had to chase to find out if it had been cleared to which I was told it had and it would be delivered the next day. And what do you know, that day has come and gone and still no delivery!! It’s nearly a week over due, I’ve had to do all the chasing to find out what’s going on and it’s just not good enough. I’m starting to worry my suitcase hasn’t even reached Harare. I’ve sent another WhatsApp to them this morning to find out why it wasn’t delivered yesterday, let’s see what todays reason is. I have never been given an airway bill number or the contact details of the courier service being used in Harare. Their service wasn’t cheap and you’d expect more professionalisim from a courier service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and starting to worry I’ll never see my stuff.

I finally received my parcel and would like to express my appreciation for their wonderful service.

The packing was outstanding-all my parcels arrived in perfect condition, a testament to the meticulous attention to detail in their packaging process.

Customer service was good throughout the entire process. Their team was prompt, courteous, and provided clear communication at every step. From the updated on each and everyone of my parcels received to notifying me on queries with my orders 👏It is tI must also express my appreciation for the exceptional patience and composure demonstrated by their team, particularly when I was somewhat cranky due to unexpected delays lol. Despite my frustrations, their staff remained calm and professional, ensuring that my concerns are addressed with utmost care.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in handling my shipment. Apex Cargo has exceeded my expectations, and I will certainly recommend your services to others.

Overall positive experience - would use again

This should have been 5star as the customer service we initially received was great. However on our arrival in Malawi. It was clear our tv was damaged beyond repair after being repacked by Apex. Despite numerous messages, phonecalls and emails, apex have failed to resolve this issue so our most expensive item that we shipped is ruined. Very disappointed that we are left out of pocket despite this being Apex’s one job.

****UPDATE**** we have now been reimbursed as a goodwill gesture for our tv which we do really appreciate. Everyone at Apex was kind and courteous and I'm thrilled that this situation was resolved.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT

I've used Apex Cargo for quite a while and service has been excellent consistently. Customer service is topnotch, particularly Yahyaa, he has been super helpful and patient with whatever I needed. Highly recommend! My packages have been coming in very good shape and the actual packing is also done very carefully! Very impressed. Thank you!
