I’ve had two excellent experiences over the past four months with Apex Coders Ltd.

My first experience involved work and maintenance on my Shopify website. The team delivered quickly, worked intensively, and produced results of an excellent standard that met all my requirements. I worked with Sarah Brown on this project, and she was outstanding in both communication and execution—truly top class and always attentive to my needs. I’d also like to mention Amber, the development lead, who was equally excellent.

The second project was the start of SEO work for my website. Once again, Sarah Brown was exceptional in every aspect, from communication to delivery. She took the time to explain how SEO works, and her knowledge was impeccable. A quick mention as well to Justin from the SEO team, who was equally impressive.

Overall, this is a great company with excellent employees. They would always be my number one choice for anything digital.

Not just an excellent company, but their Brand/Marketing Manager, Sarah Brown, was the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her attention to detail was absolutely spot on in every department. Her communication skills were literally second to none with the work that was done on my website.

I have been using the long-term SEO and SMM services from Apexcoders, and I am extremely satisfied with the results so far. Their team is highly professional, organised, and attentive to detail.

My services are ongoing, and the level of communication has been excellent throughout. They assigned me a dedicated Project Manager who ensures everything runs smoothly and keeps me updated at every stage. We have weekly meetings to review progress, discuss strategies, and plan upcoming activities.

I contractex Apexcoders to design a website. To start with , lovely experience and clear instructions on what was needed and costs. After the design team started working all went fine until they try to charge me 1500£ to do the site GDP compliant and threatening me not to finish until this was done. It was a horrible experience. However reached customer services and they reassured me that they will finish the website and the payment was not necessary.

Multiple back and forths with things that were included in the price and the developers were saying no..

The site is finished and I am very happy with the result, but cannot forget the bad experience with the extra charges and arguments that unfortunately have affected the experience.

However i give 4 stars as I am happy with the result and quality price is excellent but it has cost me a lot of arguments unfortunately.

I paid for an annual social media support , I paid in full upfront. I was promised from them that if at any point I was unhappy, I could get a full refund
I was looking for online social media support for the year
Nothing happened for over two months when I started working with them false promises constantly saying they would start today and nothing happened
When I cancelled or request requested to cancel and get a refund so I could continue my business
I was given a stream of e-mail saying that’s not possible
Give this Company a huge wide birth

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very poor.
I paid in advance for one month of SEO work and website support, with multiple improvements promised at the outset. Over the entire month, the only visible change appears to have been the fixing of two broken links — and even that is unclear, as I was never provided with a report despite requesting one several times.
Communication was consistently poor. Once payment was made, responses became slow or stopped altogether. This included a lack of response even after I raised an official complaint.
The most concerning issue was that content on my website was accidentally deleted by the team. This caused significant disruption to my business. Despite providing clear written instructions and repeatedly asking for the issue to be resolved, the content was not properly restored, and I ultimately had to rebuild most of it myself.
Overall, this service has cost me considerable time, money, and unnecessary stress, while delivering little to no measurable benefit. If you are a small or growing business, I would strongly advise being cautious and considering other providers who offer clearer communication, accountability, and transparency.

Very happy I chose Apex Coders to redesign my website. Madison and Max were great to deal with and were very responsive to my suggestions and requirements. Excellent value for money too and the follow on tutorial etc has been most helpful too. Thanks guys - good job

Terrible Experience with Site Developers

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with these site developers has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money upfront for a website project, and after that, it was like they vanished into thin air.

At first, they were responsive and seemed eager to take on the job, but once they received the payment, communication dropped off completely. I tried reaching out multiple , but there's been no response whatsoever. It's as if they ghosted me the moment the check cleared.

The worst part? The website is nowhere near finished. I was promised a professional and functional site, but all I have now is a half-baked concept and a huge hole in my wallet. I’m left feeling frustrated, scammed, and completely abandoned.

If you're considering using these developers, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save your money and your sanity. This has been a huge mistake, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Excellent experience with this company very precessional throughout they designed my logo exactly how I wanted it very pleased with their work! I would highly recommend this company

It has been such a pleasure working with the ApexCoders design team. I had many problems to sort with my website and they fixed everything with no fuss and incredibly quickly. They were very patient with me despite the number of requests I had.

They are a very responsive team, easy to contact and quick to reply to me. I found the virtual meetings very helpful, discussing my various requirements. My website is now so much better than I could have imagined - these guys really know and understand web design. A very talented group.

In terms of cost, I was amazed at how competitively priced they are considering the high standard of their work. Very unusual to get great value like this these days.

I hope we can work together again - I have another project so I am sure we will get that opportunity.
