I was gifted a little steam generator about 6 weeks ago. Regrettably, the diodes fail to light. I have emailed this compant 3 times asking for a solution and offering to return it for repair. I have heard nothing!!
At the very least, they might have replied to my emails. I wouldn't reccomend usng this company. Disappointing for me and my brother who purchased the item in good faith.
Faulty stereo head unit, stereo came with wiring information, the QR code on the box comes up with "Disconnected", phone number on head unit is the wrong number, no answer for their mobile number.
This is a shockingly bad company, I would not recommend you buy anything from them!
Faulty equipment, customer service number on box is "not recognised" Apex CE number gives "mailbox full" message.
