Scam
Scam. Scammers. It was not even 20 hours and I did research and found nothing trustworthy, I called to request refund. Before the call they give u .
So apparently the video call was part of the first process to complete the voice search. But at that call , all I wanted was my money back . They said I can’t get it cause the program was activated already. So that kind of prove to me , my initial thought. Cause if u tell me that the video call is to validate the program and at that call I tell u I don’t want nothing.
What can we take for this.

**I requested a full refund just hours after the call and the $99.99 charge. I also immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company uses high-pressure sales tactics, making big promises that, once you step back, clearly amount to nothing but a scam.
When I emailed Apex asking for my refund, I got a call from a supervisor who basically told me “good luck” — they claimed the call was recorded and that only $19.99 of the $99.99 actually goes to them, so they’d “document that” with my credit card company to block my refund.
I will be watching how they handle this next, but I strongly warn others: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Protect yourself and your money.**

I am a sole practioner attorney is the Metropolitan Atlanta area. I hired Apex to revise and run my website in August of 2024. They charged me $299 per month for one service, and $129.00 per month for another. While I got a few phone calls, I did not receive one email inquiry from a potential client in the next 10 months. In early June of this year, I was contacted by one of their competitiors about taking over my website. It was at that time, that I discovered that every inquiry link on my website was forwarded to a dead page, a "404", so when potential clients would click on the link to send me an inquiry, they were taken to a dead page, and could not reach me. I started calling them on June 5, 2025 and leaving messages but no one returned my call. I even "spoke" to one of their on line bots. I emailed them, and got no response. I spent over $5000.00 with them and got nothing for it and probably turned away many potential clients. If you call Apex, you get a voice mail recording. You will leave a message and it will not be returned. I have had my website taken over by anothe firm and the links work fine. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APEX.

Please be aware of this company
Please be aware of this company. They will sound great in the beginning like they’re really working with you, but you will not gain one client and you will do all the work yourself…. I recently canceled and I’m still getting phone calls asking them that I’m delinquent which is ridiculous cause I canceled. They will not take no for an answer. I had my attorney look over the contract where he says you’re not obligated for anything they can’t get this through their head that I have canceled…. Please do not use them.!!

Seriously? Answer You Phone!
At first it was great working with them, they seemed knowledgeable. I bought a couple different packages from them and neither of them got me a single lead in 5 months. I had to cancel payments through my bank because no one has answered my call or responded to my emails about canceling my services. I am still getting calls 4 months later saying I have missed payments. So once again...today I called and left a message to stop calling me and that I had canceled services months ago.

This company keeps calling our phone numbers, even though we politely asked them to remove us from their list. They just hang up and ignore any requests. They always call from different phone numbers, so there's no way to block them all. I can't imagine what kind of scheme they're running.

These people are scams - avoid them
These people are scams. They gave me an offer I signed on for. I logged in to my account and saw blank pages; all access was blocked. I also encourage one of our clients to sign up for the same thing...
They will call you with offers over and over, and they logged in your phone numbers for all the agents calling to sell the same service.
I am very disappointed with taking my money without giving the service promised.
The supports are not helpful at all; nobody responds.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH APEX.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT.

Primarily a scam, I fear
I was cold called about doing SEO work for my small company, which, as I told the initial salesperson, is really more a hobby (blogging) than a business. The goal was to raise awareness of my blog, WeeklyWilson.com, so that I would be contacted more frequently to run articles for a small fee, as I have done since 2007. The initial sales person was quite proficient; I've had SEO work done in the past, and I know that, like investing in the stock market, they try to tell you that you have to pay them large sums to do this for lengthy periods of time, like a year or more. I do not make enough from blogging to afford that, and said so. The initial contact (John or Henry) said he would ask his manager about a deal where I would write a favorable review for a reduced charge. I agreed, since I anticipated that they would conduct their work in a professional manner. The last time I paid for SEO work, it was successful, but I learned that they want to meet with you ad infinitum and I immediately made it clear that I was NOT the person to be meeting to talk about computer rankings and algorithms. I asked if I could involve my computer aide. I was told no, and the original contact asked me to pick categories for my Google presence. None of the words had anything to do with blogging or writing and the match between me and this service already seemed to be going South fast. I did meet with the gentleman for a full hour picking these categories and discussing my goals for my little blogging business, and I asked if this service was really suitable. He assured me that it was and even left the phone momentarily to make the deal that would lower the price of their services to something more affordable, which I understood to be $249 per month, contingent upon me singing their praises in a review thereafter. I was then told to show up for (yet another) meeting at 2 p.m. the following week. Again, I protested that I was the last person on the planet who wanted to be present at a lengthy chat about SEO algorithms, but I dutifully tried to join what turned out to be a zoom meeting that I couldn't figure out how to do at 2 p.m., missing a long distance call from my daughter to meet with someone named Danielle.
Danielle was awful. I explained, again, that I did not want to be TOLD, without any consultation, when and where to show up for these "meetings." This one, I was told, was going to be about my competition. I have a very, strange mix of movie reviewing and politics, so my response was that I probably HAD no "competition." Danielle continued to tell me (no joint decision) when and where I was to make myself available. This was NOT going well, and Danielle agreed.
I was now pawned off on Paula. And Doug. And Patricia. And, eventually Joshua, not to be confused with Josh. This was another of my legitimate complaints. (1) I do not want to be the one meeting with people about computer algorithms and technical computer matters. I was born in 1945 and this is NOT my forte. (2) I would not want to do business with any service that tells me, without consulting with me, when and where we are to meet. Who does that? I've run 2 businesses where appointments had to be made. They were not made without any input from the customer. (3) I do not want to go through 6 or 7 different people. As of this second meeting, I had already been paired with: John, Henry, Danielle, Paula, Doug, P and Joshua.
The only one of the lot who heard what I was trying to convey at all was Joshua, the Manager person. I explained that this was NOT going well, and that I did NOT anticipate dancing to their appointment tune and showing up for lengthy meetings without any consultation from me. I also spoke with Joshua about the odds of a small business like mine even benefiting from what he described as needing to be months of services. He agreed that A.I. will be putting bloggers out of business, anyway, and that a score below 80 would mean that your blog was probably not going to benefit.
I learned that none of the "analysts" answer their e-mail, but they do send out automated appointment meeting reminders repeatedly, without your participation in having selected the date or time of said meeting. This, right there, is a terrible way to do business, and I've been the CEO of two successful businesses.
I do give credit to Joshua, who gave me his phone number (I refused to write down another e-mail, since NONE of the 7 people I dealt with ever answered a single one, protesting that I could not make this or that appointment they had arbitrarily arranged.) I did not try to contact Joshua using that phone number, but I did try to contact him using the e-mail address, which, as usual with Apex Media Solutions, he did not answer.
At this point I called my credit card company to get a refund, which I have now received. This is primarily a scam, in my opinion. Bill: $627.99 for nothing.

Cold calling every business and won’t let you do your research because they say that you need to pay now or it will take 1-2 years to be seen on the 5 voice platforms
The person who helped me was very nice and kind, BUT they are charging for something you can do for free and they make it seem like you need to do it today and can never do it again. I was told that my business was accepted and I just needed to pay $150 which went down to $125 and then pay monthly after the first year. But I was also told that I had to pay today and I could not come back after doing my research because it would take 1-2 years to file again which makes no sense.

The company contacted me about voice search. I paid $150 to get started. Within 24 hours I had decided I didn't want to use the service and tried to cancel. You can't get a refund for your initial payment and we still haven't received an email about our request to cancel the monthly subscription. Do NOT give these people your bank/credit card information.

Most unprofessional group. Will never recommend them. They called me about setting up my agency on voice search and tried to sell me on a monthly subscription for SEO. I paid $200 then cancelled. Yet for nearly 4 months I kept getting onboarding calls on my calendar. I got the run around for months. Never again.

Senior Business Analyst - Apex Media Solutions regarding "my online presence" at the end of the call he was upset and called me a liar when I asked if I can get a call back # for him after I discuss with my business partner about their services because it involves $ and as a partnership I can't make these decisions my own. He was rude and put me on hold while I was still talking. I will not be considering Apex for my marketing. Brett is a bad representation for you all.

A Whole Lot of NOTHING
Apex Media Solutions failed with my company's digital marketing. Initially excited, I was disappointed after spending thousands. The project manager left without notice, and I had to initiate follow-up a month later. I canceled all subscriptions and demanded a refund. Customer service claimed work was done behind the scenes, but I saw no evidence. I still have no idea what they did. Ridiculous - it deserves zero stars.
