I was also unsure of the process but Shannine talked me through everything, explained all the offers available to me in the perfect amount of detail and helped me understand my options to make an informed decision. She was always available and quick to reply if I had any questions, and she locked me in a good deal before the current mortgage climate took hold, ultimately saving me a lot of money in interest.
