APEX has been my number 1 peptide site that I use. I spend thousands of dollars by peptides and I trust them and their products. If I have any questions or concerns they answer quickly! I have never had a delivery problem and 99 percent of the time they are the cheapest. I will continue to purchase from them as my number 1 choice. In addition, they give a 55% discount to military and nurses which no other peptide website does that that I have found.

I ordered a temperature-sensitive product, but it arrived hot. The package did not appear to have adequate cold-chain protection, which raised serious concerns about how the product was handled during shipping.
For products that require temperature control, proper shipping conditions are essential. Receiving the product warm made me question whether it had been stored and transported appropriately.
Before leaving this review, I contacted the company on WhatsApp to explain the issue and ask for support. Unfortunately, I received no response and no solution was offered.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor shipping conditions and lack of customer service
