I attended the E-Invoice: Implementation Guidelines and Hands-On Learning. The trainer was excellent, very patient and clear. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the hands-on session felt rushed. We spent a lot of time on theory, but I felt we needed more time on the actual system execution, like identifying the right classifications, details etc. Since mistakes can lead to RM200 fine, a longer practical slot to explore these details would make this training perfect.

The e-Invoice workshop presented by Mr. Fais was very informative and well-structured. The explanations were clear, practical and easy to understand especially with real-life examples. Overall, it was a very useful and engaging session.
