I kept getting "Update" over and over…
I kept getting "Update" over and over again. After doing it several times, I read that I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.
I had great difficulty and asked support several times for assistance with no response. It's been two days, and there's still no reply.

I've been using apollo for probably close to 2 years or more now and its been great. Lots to watch, and regularly updated. Lots of new movies and tv shows, i would highly recommend it

Could never get installing new versions…
Could never get installing new versions corrected, Un-install and re-install is always the answer. And don't beleive the issue with Buffering, even with a VPN it buffers when there servwrs are overworked.

Obviously the price and availability of programming that we are offered is hard to beat. Where can I get service that cost the same for one year for what I was paying monthly to directv and offering more selections.There still is excess buffering especially on live sporting events but I feel that is somewhat improving. My customer service contact with Avery yesterday was five star as she helped answer all my questions and got me reupped for another year of service.

Variety and great customer service
There is so much variety and new shows to choose from we love this service. Our son referred us a few years ago. Customer service is always been helpful to me when I have issues. There may be minor glitches but nothing they don't fix. Always receive excellent help with anything. It's been great for us.

Apollo Group TV is a game changer!!!
Apollo Group TV is a game changer! I've been using them for years and what I pay for a year of Apollo is what I was paying for one month of cable and internet. I do suggest you a get a really fast internet connection so it streams seamlessly. They really are a cable life saver! I was skeptical at first but after about 4 years I'm riding with Apollo Group TV until the wheels fall off!
