Meet Operly, Your AI/PA Suite of Business Tools
I was introduced to Operly (a business LLM suite) after meeting the founder. As an avid AI user tired of going all in with yet another "best in class" system that then leads me down a hallucination rabbit hole, he instead sold me quickly on Operly's commitment to data privacy: they never sell or disclose your data. It is yours indefinitely in perpurtuity. Their big vision aims to recapture individual agency, opposing tech giants that create digital twins of users to sell to advertisers.
Even as an experienced prompt engineer, I still occasionally fall for errant AI hallucinations when researching new business models. Operly doesn't solve this entirely, but it seriously curbs it by fact-checking itself. Instead of manually cross-referencing 2-3 different AIs, Operly handles this within its own infrastructure, utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini (choosing the best model for copy or spreadsheets), plus Dall-E for media and Perplexity for reasoning.
It is tailored for entrepreneurs with easy, one-click presets for specific tasks like marketing or fact-checking. You can even set up a three-"person" team to handle social media, sales, and business philosophy. Can also do this with a leader, researcher and fact checker to further rid itself of false confidence without hard facts. Lastly it acts beautifully like a personal assistant—mine isn't losing their job, but it makes their workload much lighter.
Operly integrates with email and Google Drive. Once trained, it automates email responses based on your comfort level. On day 1, it cut my spam by 80%, which alone made the $50 entry fee worth it. Calendars, scheduling, and external audits are easily automated. I have it checking daily on dozens of tasks, including formatting and text-to-picture continuity rules on a website I’m building. This prevents simple daily edits from burying mistakes into a digital snowball.
Operly is part of a larger Rally ecosystem, working seamlessly with R-Link (video-conferencing with payment processing, POS, and encrypted data). Both are transitioning from Web2 to Web3 in an AI-meets-blockchain utility model, allowing users to become owners and profit from adoption. However, the strength of the project rests entirely on Operly. While R-Link looks intriguing for my sales team, Operly became part of my daily routine so fast that I recommended it to colleagues on day 2. Two months later, I am more enthusiastic than ever as new tools are added daily.
There are three minor downsides that have been an annoyance:
1. Chat History Lag: Reopening a chat window puts me back 10-15 messages. It’s beneficial for reviewing prior convos, but scrolling down for 20 seconds every time gets tedious.
2. Broken Copy Function: Clicking text highlights it and says it’s copied, but it isn't. I have to right-click instead, which is an extra step.
3. Fading Memory: You can list hard rules to override decisions indefinitely, but like other AIs, it still sometimes requires repeating at the session's start. The "brain" concept is great, and once ironed out, other models will surely copy it.
That said, the dev team addresses bugs so fast they may be fixed by the time you read this. Small price to pay for agency and anonymity. It's humbling to see how refined this system has become just 6 months since launch. The depth of their roadmap is massive, with upgrades dropping daily.
For specific use cases, I give the edge to Claude for spreadsheets and ChatGPT for image editing. Apart from that, Operly is a one-of-a-kind, one-stop shop. They operate via word-of-mouth and an MLM-style referral campaign, paying residual commissions within the ecosystem. I've also noticed how primed the system is to sell itself. If you truly love it, as I do, it's an easy sell—one I may honestly consider in the future. Earning a living while stepping away from data-harvesting monopolies is a major win. Once the Web3 transition is complete, it will truly be a game-changer.
TLDR: Operly is an incredible all-in-one suite that equips entrepreneurs to operate at maximum efficiency, stripping away mundane tasks so humans can focus on creative solutions.
