I had a bad experience with the company…
I had a bad experience with the company regarding my account, I have one of the team members reach out to myself regarding the issues, he had called me and we had a extremely casual conversation regarding my problem as had explained to me the process and how he could arrange for it to be resolved.
They have now resolved my issue and I am extremely pleased with the help from the team.

I have been using OKX in Australia for…
I have been using OKX in Australia for a number of years now. Recently I have created a second account for my SMSF. The onboarding process was great, and there were staff ready to assist in the process. They even had the ability to schedule a call or Zoom meeting with them.
The verification process went smoothly, and I have been able to download the documents that I needed for my SMSF accountant for tax return purposes.
All in all, can't fault them and they have got my business going forward.

Great App, Great Tech, Great Support - All round positive experience
Seamless and professional onboarding for both personal and SMSF accounts. Fantastic support from Gabriel with professional guidance and quick to respond and resolve any issues.
The website and app are great and well thought out. They would have to be the best in Australia at the moment with a fiat onramp. They also do not skimp on security, everything feels secure and safe and I feel confident while my assets are on the Exchange.
