App Reservecreditcard Avis 

I applied for rhis card on June 1 2026. After a month I still never received the card. I went on the site to try and find a number the number I found instructed me to enter the last 4 digits of a card I never received so I couldn't talk to anyone. I went back on the site a little later a month and they said they could approve or activate my acct and that we're refunding the $95 i paid and that it was a safety hold of 30 days and afterward they would mail the check. That was in July and it is now Oct and I still haven't received my refund yet. I disputed the transaction with my bank so im hoping they give me my money back.

Ordered my card in May took over 2 months to receive. After receiving the card I could not activate it. Contacted my bank to have the charges reversed and mysteriously my card was activated. Used few times and paid my balance almost immediately before interest could hit. The card now is being declined although my available balance is $300. Then my shock this morning they have charged me interest when I have not used the card and am not able to use the card. How can interest be charged on a balance of $.00

Terrible customer service and I'm pretty sure they are just scamming people out of money they said I was qualified and had me pay 95 dollars then told me they couldn't open my account made me wait 14 days to request a refund and another 30 days for a security hold and two months later still no refund or answers. I think if enough people have been scammed we should class action them so they don't keep robbing people

SCAMMERS!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!! I haven’t received my refund for over 4 months now

These scammers need to send people their money back. I have been waiting since for 2 months now for my money back. Can't get a hold of no one with support. Crappy how scammers get away with stuff like this. Be nice to get my money back since they said I was supposedly not accepted for a card. Do NOT fall for their scam.

I was told I was approved but that there was a problem in printing the card. I kept emailing to find the status and was told the same thing over and over.

Then I logged onto to see the status and was told they could not open the account.

Was told I would get my fees back via check but I had to wait 90 days, It's been over 90 days and have received no refund,

Much like other people I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. I’ve recently been in contact with the US banking charter that they use, which is TAB Bank in Utah and they have told me, the partnership program is now under review and none of the cards are now working. You will have zero access to your available credit. This tells me the partner bank was uninvolved with the fraud and shut them down when they were made aware.

I paid the fees waited 60 days never got my card then I called and was told my money was being refunded I could not be approved after they had already approved I paid the fees with card they told me they would be refunded in check and it's been about 80 some days still know check of my fees being returned

I got scam too I paid the deposit back in march never got the card so I canceled they said they where going too give me my money back never got it I think all of us that scam should sue the company

I was approved for a credit card with this company April 2026 I paid my application fee they waived $60 but I paid $35 I have yet to get a card to get approved or get my $35 back application fee for the program this is a scam and I don't advise I would like to know how can I get my $35 back that they say they mailed and I never received

For the direct card. I just called a bank and the representative said the company is based in Australia. They have been scamming. My second motion is too ask Transportation Alliance Bank about their involvement

I was then told I could not get card and would receive refund of $95. It's been months, no refund. This is a way to scam you out of $95. They need to be stopped.

Paid $95 and was told my credit card has been denied. I would be receiving a check in the mail after a 30 day hold. I’ve emailed this company numerous times. Phone number to this place is a joke. Never got my money back.

I applied for this credit card in June of this year and in July they cancelled my application with any reason why. I paid the $95 enrollment fee. which they said would be returned to me in 30 days. I am still waiting. I can not contact anyone to find out where or when I will get my money

I only put one star because it doesn't allow you to put no stars! I was approved months ago paid my fee and according to their app it was on its way it was on its way and of course I never received anything and then out of nowhere they sent me a message saying that they couldn't process it and they were sending my refund. But then I had to wait like 20 days for security purposes before they can send my $95 back! I still haven't received it! That was about 30 days ago. The phone number you can't even get through because it has for a card number which of course I don't have. This sounds like a Ponzi scheme to me or some kind of scam!

I pay for my card fee and extra to get it faster. i waited months to just find out my account cant be open and it wasnt approve or denied with reason why it just cant open my account tf. now im waited for my check back i had to wait a week or two on hold so they can send out my check it 0 days for a bit now and i still havent gotten my check back

Waiting on my refund it's way past the 7 days for the refund to my card then wait 30 for a check another 50 days still no check what a scam
