Needed help to get oil back into boiler after running out. Made a call to Andrew who said he would finish the job he was currently working on and come straight out to us.
As good as his word, arrived well after 6pm. It was outside work in the dark.
But knew exactly what to do, with minimum fuss had the boiler up and running again in no time
What a super hero.
This is not the first time Andrew has been helpful in getting us out of a muddle. Would 100% recommend him for all your plumbing and heating needs.

If I could leave a lower review I would , phoned for him to come and mend my central heating they arranged an appointment for 3 weeks time which is a long wait when you have no central heating and it’s freezing cold and you are pensioners , I can’t comment on your work as I received an email today say my appointment was cancelled giving no reason , then I saw a text telling me his van was out of action and has no other appointments available, dont book this company if you are a pensioner don’t rely on this engineer, he offered a trusted friend to repair our central heating but after being let down by him we have chose not to use his trusted friend .

Thank you for your length message , but it’s all about your other customers and excuses to try and make us look at fault , this house has been dealt with by your family for some years this was our reason for using you as suggested by the previous owners of this house which I have receipts from previous visits that had been work carried out , ok different name but same house and system , but what about keep a good profile of new and existing customers ,we are pensioners one of which has just recently had a heart attack, we needed heat and was told a 3 week wait but we stuck with it because you had dealt with this house before , you let us down and because you let us down and we don’t want be let down by your suggested engineers, so I stand by my initial review.

I can’t rate this company any more highly.
Andrew provided a very competitive quote to replace my oil boiler.
Andrew was very respectful of my home and dogs. He explained what he was doing at each stage and was happy to answer any questions I had.
