Applicare Avis 

This is a fraudulent company with extremely unprofessional service.

Their technicians collect advance payments, make an initial visit, and then disappear without completing the work. After that, getting hold of anyone becomes nearly impossible.

I was calling their customer support 20–30 times a day, but neither the technicians nor the company answered my calls. After 3–4 days of constant follow-up, they agreed to process a refund, but to this day, I have not received it.

The customer support representatives simply repeat scripted responses and have little understanding of the actual issue. Escalating the matter is equally frustrating—the so-called manager never answered a single call.

Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to risk losing both their time and money.

I had a Split AC installed by Applicare on 15 June 2026. After the installation, I went to my hometown and returned on 28 June 2026. Upon my return, I found that the AC was not cooling properly and was only blowing normal air.

I immediately contacted the technician who had installed the AC, but initially he refused to visit and inspect the issue. I then contacted customer care, but unfortunately, I did not receive any satisfactory support from them either.

As a result, I approached another technician for inspection. After checking the unit, he found a gas leakage from the check nut connected to the outdoor unit. The nut had not been fitted properly, which clearly indicates an installation defect.

This issue occurred due to improper installation, and it appears that the technician who installed the AC lacked the necessary expertise. I am extremely disappointed with both the installation service and the customer support provided.
