Never use these
Absolute shambles. Ordered a sofa from Maze which had a delivery estimate of 9th April. On 8th April I missed a call from these guys at 7.30am to arrange delivery. I called back 9 times during the course of the day - straight to voicemail. I called 3 times on 9th April in the morning - straight to voicemail. They eventually returned my call on the afternoon of 9th April to say they couldn't deliver it until 21st April with a 12 hour delivery window and I would be contacted the day before. I asked if we could move it to the 23rd and it took over a week and 3 chasers for them to reply to the email to say no. It's now 21st April. I have made arrangements with builders and neighbours to cover the delivery if I could give them a time. I have not been contacted as promised with a delivery window. I have no idea if / when it's turning up. I have tried calling 3 times - straight to voicemail. This is a £5k sofa. Absolutely appalling service. MAZE and anyone else please stop using them, they are damaging your reputation. I will not be buying any more furniture from a store that uses them as the delivery partner.
