Total scam. They take the money and deliver no service. If you contact support, they'll try to bullshit you more. Save your money and your time.

I have been working with Apptimizer for a few months and our experience has been nothing but positive. Their product is incredible I had no ASO experience and I worked with 3 other ASO companies and Apptimizer was by miles the best one. I really like the backend tools and their actual team is the biggest difference makes and gets all the credit for being super knowledgeable on strategy which since launch has been super important to our overall marketing.

This company will run an agreement based on the laws of Israel and will not want to comply with that law nor the US or UK. They will rather run with your money even when you tell them to cancel the agreement before the date of starting a campaign and what they deliver is no were near worth it. You will spend thousands of dollars at it WILL NOT MOVE A NIDDLE in your downloads or conversions. Totally a scam and they know it. They don't even have a business presence (incorporated or as a foreign business) in the US.

It is a scam. They dont do what they promise i ordered multiple times and the did not delivery ones.

The do not what they provide. I asked for review and installs. And they just charged and did nothing at all. Even customer support realized that after complaining and couldn’t find solution. It s completely scam.

The release with Apptimizer was the best one we had. Our company is releasing hyper-casual games and we have over 300 games on our account. Since we started work with Apptimizer, we actually get to see organic results, and before that, our main focus was on user acquisition. I'd like to personally thank Alex and Lora for the help and the professional insights.

They are scammers. Never delivered on the service. Just took my money and refused to give back. Just lie. don't use all positive reviews are fake. I also now get a bunch of cryptocurrency crap now because they sold my info.

I'm in charge of ASO in a gaming company and I've been working with Apptimizer in my current and last company. We work directly with the team, they are real pros and I was glad to rate them when I was asked for. Keep in mind that working with these methods should be very careful and we constantly consult with our account manager. Some campaigns are more "extreme" and we might not get the results we hope for, however, with the right planning we see great results and I can say that this is a great tool for organic optimization.

Apptimizer is our ASO partner for more than a year. We manage 2 apps with them and we highly recommend of using their service. If you understand how ASO works, they provide the best results and we tested all the platforms before started working with them steadily.

It works very good for installs and keywords. My reviews and ratings worked for small numbers and they helped me with the campaign setup there but I will keep using it for keyword boosting mostly.

When I launched my app I had no idea that such tools exist. I was trying to rank to my app's brand name so my users find me first when they look for our brand name.

We invested a lot in search ads and in google ads but nothing got us to the top. When I found this platform I was super suspicious and didn't think it will work...so I tested it for the minimum and it worked. I gained some confidence and started to target keywords that helped us grow our organic traffic.

Their team approached me several times and I often got assistance from them in terms of campaign configuration and which keywords we should target.

Above all, when I was asked to leave a review, I was glad to do so. Its a great service.

Ok, so I read the reviews here and I wanted to give my honest review, after the team of Apptimizer reached out to me several times to do so.

I will start by saying that this platform is not perfect. My story begins with a campaign I ran to increase my App's ratings and reviews. I ordered 300 ratings and reviews over 5 days and after few hours I saw that I have an email from their team, saying that my campaign is not good. I schedule a call with one of their sales people which was, to my opinion, super professional and honest. He told me that I shouldn't do such an aggressive campaign and he explained that in general, the ratings and reviews are not the best service to use but if I do choose to do it, I should do it smart and combine it with a curtain amount of installs. The most important thing I learned from the call was that the focus and speciality of Apptimizer is the keyword boosting. Therefore, I did a small ratings and reviews campaign (which had a 90% ish success rate) and started to do keyword boosting campaigns.

This is where I found their team and product very efficient. After few days I started to see my keywords improve. I also asked them to help me with the keyword targeting and they sent me a list of keyword recommendations. They are very professional, very helpful and the tool works very well when its being used properly.

YES, you can do bad campaigns and have negative affect but DUH what did you expect? YOU ARE BUYING RATINGS AND REVIEWS, that should be smart. I just went through these reviews written here and as someone that been using this platform for quite long, it really pissed me off. That's not a scam, that's not a fraud, thats a platform to boost your app and to buy ratings and reviews... so just be smart and it should work.

So yes, I wrote this review to make things clear. Yes, most of my campaigns work very well. YES, its only 4\5 guys because Its not perfect but for me the value was great overall.

Attenzione truffa, nessun servizio viene erogato. Prendono tempo girando ad “altri team” le richieste di supporto e chiedono di aspettare 7 giorni per vedere risultati spingendo a rimandare sempre per far perdere la possibilità di contestare il pagamento

I asked for refund and I never received anything. The support keep telling to wait 7 days, it been 40 days now and everytime they lie to you
