Lovely necklace exactly as advertised. It would be better if a heavier weight could be offered as it is lightweight- as per the price. I am really pleased with it

I ordered a necklace from Lillie Heron through her Etsy shop which arrived to me in the US unfinished and looking very unlike the product photos. Lillie was extremely gracious and responsive when I reported this to her and shared my photos of the necklace I received, directing me to return it to her for proper finishing. For the last month, my necklace has sat at the post office on her end, uncollected. Her Etsy shop has been closed. The necklace cost $340 USD. More than anything, I'd like the necklace I ordered, finished properly. I'd love to leave a glowing review of the product and its maker and their business, and will do so the day this is resolved.

The tracking number from its July transit from the US is LH273860641US which I provided you the day it was sent . Its current status--since August 8th--is "Collect for Pickup".

If you get your order you will like it, however the organisation and day to day running of the buisness is so awful that I feel compelled to give a 1 star review. The amount of false promises, mistakes, and miss management is insane. And I have no idea why they have a phone number when nobody *ever* picks it up. I was really looking forward to my item but left with an extremely bitter taste after dealing with them.

I have a great satisfied to know this company, the good service and beautiful jewelry. I will order again.

I ordered a named necklace for my Granddaughter's 16th birthday and this was delivered promptly. However, I was not happy with the chain, it was very thin and flimsy. Lillie replied back with a lovely email and told me to return it and the chain would be replaced. I returned the necklace 6 days ago and I have not heard back from Lillie. Parcelforce track confirms it has been delivered. I have called and left messages and I am anxiously waiting to receive my necklace with a stronger chain. Also, requested product informatiion. I wantrd to know if the 9ct gold has nickle in it and I did not receive a reply. I am happy to send another review when I receive my necklace with the new chain .

My jewellery was delivered in time and customised exactly as requested. I would highly recommend dealing with this business.

I did not receive my purchase. I emailed to ask for status of my shipment after 7 days of purchasing but no response received at all! It's a scam!
Added on 12/06/2026:
After a few days, they responded to my email and then later my review. My package eventually came and it was a nice piece of work! They were inundated with orders and could not provide updates about shipping and tracking. Hope they employ more people and grow their business.

I cannot emphasise enough how amazing these guys are! I ordered a necklace for my wife’s birthday (from our new born daughter) which unfortunately didn’t arrive, however this was the fault of Royal Mail and not the seller. Lillie was apologetic and got a replacement sent out ASAP which was so kind. The necklace arrived and it was beautiful, however my wife wasn’t 100% on the colour. After chatting with Lillie again she got me a replacement sent with absolutely no issues.

The return process is not very seamless. They took a long time to reply to my question about how to return an item. They asked me to send it back to them for a refund (at my own expense) and took a while to hear back from them after they received it. They have now refunded the amount, though

Amended review June 26 due to recent experience.

I recently ordered a gold necklace for a last minute special gift. There was a delay in delivery and after an email and phone call the company sent the item to be in time.

The item was lovely and I was very pleased. However I have updated this review as I have a query on exchanging or purchasing another chain and have had no response to email or phone call.in almost a week.

Really disappointing to have to amend my review to reflect this and say that I cannot recommend this business as the communications are really poor.

Order was dispatched quickly but did not arrive on time due to fault of courier company. Contacted Apsley & Heron, the man on the phone was professional, helpful and even offered to send a new product if he could not come right with the courier company. Luckily he got the issue sorted out with the courier company and had it delivered the next day.
