I moved over to ap from another dentist and I do not regret it! All the staff are extremely helpful and they smile! The treatment and advice received by Dr Saarah has been amazing! They truly take their time and explain every aspect in detail. Finally found a dentist who cares and takes their time!

Needed emergency treatment and once again I was seen quickly and received excellent treatment 👍

I have really damaged teeth due to neglect over time and have been really anxious having my teeth looked at and assessed.
the moment I walked in the room they could see how anxious I was but made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire process reassuring me while explaining my treatment plan I have been to a few dentist and I have always found them to be quite arrogant and judgemental but I did not feel this here even though I am an NHS patient
thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and I am looking forward to be able to smile again thank you

Very unprofessional had attended emergency appointment through the nhs
Spoke to the receptionist who was very rude explained my exemption and showed her my proof also she was in receive of my national insurance number I was then sent upstairs to the dentist who told me I had an infection and they can’t do anything about it until it’s cleared up, the manager then asked me to make a payment even though I’m exempt so I still paid after proving my exemption it was all unprofessional The place was more like a beauty salon it doesn’t feel comfortably safe like a dentist environment all of the staffs vocabulary was ridiculously rude so unprofessional and uncomfortable I work full-time. I’ve only been in receive of benefits for the past month as my circumstances with my disability of affected me. I’ve always had a private dentist and never had a problems like this they’re just all seem unprofessional like backstreet dentally

Very happy as always with both my routine check up appointment today with Jo my dentist and Sabina my hygienist.
From the moment you arrive, everyone makes you feel very welcome . My dental problems were fully explained to me in a detailed and professional manner throughout both appointments. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Sabina my hygienist! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain what she was doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and the whole appointment was comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' health and comfort. Highly recommended!

As always, it is a pleasure to attend this Dental practice. All the staff from the Receptionists, Hygenist and Dentist are all so very friendly and helpful.

My tooth had dropped out and I went to make a appointment to have it refitted if possible I was told to come back in two hours my tooth was refitted and I felt so relieved the staff were fantastic and made me feel so relaxed the dental practice was so busy but they found time to help me out thank you so much

As always, the staff at AP Smilecare are amazing and helpful. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, but this is my second time seeing Naihl, who is an outstanding hygienist. She always helps me feel calm, and with each appointment, I find myself becoming more and more at ease.

Jo is also incredible at what she does, and her explanations are always clear and easy to understand. Over the years, she has taught me how to stay calm and focused during my visits.
