Wonderful service every time! Good communication before and after the service date. All of our concerns are addressed during on the service date. The techs are always friendly and thorough.
Every person from Aptive has been friendly and answered any questions that I had. They did an excellent job of spraying around the house and inside, too. I cannot complain about anything.

I scheduled an appointment for Service…
I scheduled an appointment for Service on Friday, February 6 because I was available to be home. Nobody showed up to provide the service the following week. I got a message from the service representative that he was on the way to my home but I was not home. He did come and provide the outside service but was not able to get into the house to do the inside. He said his manager would call me to set up a time for him to come back to do the inside, but nobody has called me. I did reach out to him with no response. I am now paying for services I’m not receiving. This is not the first time this is something like this has happened. I get charged every month but I have to call and make an appointment for somebody to come out and actually provide the service if I didn’t call nobody would show up.I would not recommend Aptive to anybody.
