The rats took over my home it’s not effective I am not paying for this service !! I had to go out and spent money 1100.00 of my own money to catch the rats myself an then I told them 6 times to cancel an they refused an kept charges an til this day still charging me

I would not recommend!

Whenever I do get service it is always a good experience with a professional. The problem is that an appointment is made and no one shows or calls to say that it was canceled. This has happened 3 times I had been no call no showed by the company. They do compensate me, but I do not want to be compensated, I want someone to come and provide the service I signed up for. I do appreciate that they do not charge you unless a service is performed, but I am stuck at home until the appointment and if no one shows it’s a waste of my time.

When an Aptive employee came to my door…

When an Aptive employee came to my door I thought, “Oh no, another salesman”, which it was. There was something about the young man sharing information about Aptive and describing all the things they would provide. He shared how they didn’t use chemicals, but natural products. Plus I was offered a great price for the services provided.
I have been very pleased with the services and with the employees sent to my house. All have been very friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job inside/outside. I was pleased and surprised that someone came to service the house the very day I signed up for Aptive. I was especially surprised to see with every service they have a special brush to use under porch ceilings and eaves of the house getting rid of spider webs, bugs, dust, etc. I have been very happy with Aptive!

The technicians are always so nice and…

The technicians are always so nice and they have given me good advice. I had a bad slug problem in one of my garden beds and he put baits down just once and I've never seen another slug...my impatiens thank them! Also, I NEVER see a bug inside which is always a load off my mind having had roach problems in other places we've lived. I highly recommend this company

The service techs were great

The service techs were great and offered excellent customer service there were times where I felt like the product didn’t work and they returned to the home a day or two later and performed another service to my satisfaction so there’s no complaints there the reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 stars isn’t because of the service techs it’s because of the customer service representative made it difficult for me to cancel my service and insisted I keep my service after telling her I was moving and the place I’m moving to already has pest control included
