Great pricing! They come every couple of months to reservice my property. I can also request an appointment online for them to come out when needed. Very nice exterminators they send out too!

Have simple problem could not be solved after three phone calls and visits . Have small amount of small ants in the laundry room could not be solved as of yet

Aptive treatments are very effective…
Aptive treatments are very effective controlling flying insects, spiders & burrowing rodents like meadow voles.
It is easy to schedule treatments. ( I call customer service as I find it difficult to use their website)
The technicians are knowledgeable & professional.
There can be poor communication between the scheduler, technician & customer with regard to time window for technician to arrive, or, for customer service to notify customer of cancelled appointment. Aptive does
"make it right" though & is trying to improve this weakness.
