I have had Aptive for a number of…

I have had Aptive for a number of years, and I feel it has made a difference. Their presence is always announced, and they provide photos after their work. The workpeople are friendly, and attentive to my needs. I just wish that their prices hadn't increased so much in recent years.

For the most part we have noticed less…

For the most part we have noticed less pests in the house. When the worker comes into the house I think they could do a better job of spraying along the baseboards.

Technicians listen but mosquito service may not be worth it

Technicians listen, are respectful, friendly, and address any specific issues brought to their attention.
I always know what day they're coming but never what time, not even any kind of window. Sometimes I am not home to discuss an issue I may have.
Mosquito treatment was helpful, however, had some chemical damage to other plants/shrubs. I have since discontinued mosquito service.

Was very happy that my inquiry was returned with a phone call as my question for additional services was during off hours. I talked with a supervisor who gave me pricing and additional feedback. I felt as I was valued, no additional sales pitch just focused on what I requested.

Sales vs Operations vs Reality

When I was approached by the Aptive sales rep, we had just moved here. I wasn’t familiar with the company and thought perhaps they came with the territory, that maybe bugs were a problem in Shorewood.In any case the main promise of the rep that caused me to accept the program was that “every square inch of your property would be treated inside & out”. As I watched the first few sporadic applications, I pointed out to the operators that a little less than every square inch was covered. In fact of the half dozen applications, only the first one treated the garage and no one has ever entered the house. Which brings me to the last visit. I noticed on the ring camera that the agent couldn’t have spent more than 15 minutes on the job. When he requested my response to the performance inquiry sent after every visit, I asked about the brief time spent & that it was physically impossible that every square inch of my property was covered. The response advised me that spraying the property was not allowed by company policy when the wind speed was over 15 mph. As the company didn’t hesitate to charge my credit card 100% of the fee, I asked when I could expect the rest of the treatment to be completed. That must have stumped him or maybe he kicked it back to the sales team for an answer as I still haven’t received a response or refund. I cannot wait for the expiration of the contract because I cannot continue to waste my limited income on service that comes nothing close to what was offered.

Poor and no follow up from service review.

I asked service person to set out mice traps and all he did was sprinkle poison around the house. No traps with bait set.
