Cesar made my experience great by…

Cesar made my experience great by communicating, a thorough servicing, and demonstrating knowledge of pest control. Cesar texted me a 20 minute heads up so I could prepare our house for an interior treatment. He used a long brush to clean away cobwebs from crevices and eaves. He asked if I had any specific concerns. He engaged with the customer by telling them what pests he was targeting and why. This demonstrates more than transactional, corporate services, this shows the heart of a teacher.

I switched back because your team cares!!!!

I switched back because your people are trained to care. They kept myself up to date and recognized i have pets. The tech was educated/trained on how to address the application. Cant thank him enough!!! Outstanding job!!!

These guys did a fantastic job

These guys did a fantastic job! New trainees got excellent instructions from the senior technician. We have work together on my issues before and he clued his "Newbie" in great. Hit all the high and low spots. Easy to communicate needs to and great follow up. 10 out of 10.

I had my service done in the beginning…

I had my service done in the beginning of the month and had to schedule a re-service at no charge due to that the technician didn't complete the services entirely. I have auto- pay and I was charged again on my card. I had to wait a few days to get my money refunded back to my card. The request made during the scheduling is not communicated to the technician which can be frustrating. I don't know what is going on , but I had better service at the beginning of my contract.

Service is dependable. Aptive is pretty responsive but not easily contacted unless you call. Tried to get Aptive to reduce audits per year (unsure if they have contractual restrictions).

Great product BUT they repeatedly…

Great product BUT they repeatedly ignore the request to schedule in advance, specifically they just show up and begin the treatment whether it is appropriate for us or not.
