My technician was friendly and…

My technician was friendly and courteous. He took the time to ask if certain plants were food and if there were others before spraying. Always on time and asks about any special needs.

Problem solving!

I had a non-standard visit because of a problem. The technician was prompt, courteous, and listened to my problem! His treatment was very thorough, and my problem WAS RESOLVED BY THE NEXT DAY!

Bad Service

Never the same tech so you need to reexplain the history from scratch as they never read the notes. Service is spotty at best with have the requests ignored. Claims that you will “never get rid of ants or spiders or wasps” is a pretty strange statement to come from an exterminator. Why am I paying you then?
