Robert was great, up front about when he was arriving and what he was about to perform in terms of pest control services. Even took pics of what he did/where he had sprayed/cleaned up of webs or what nots. I don’t see much in terms of pests around our property. Thank you!

The Most Thorough Pest Control I’ve Used
We’ve been using Aptive for a few months now and the difference is night and day. They are always punctual and professional, but what I love most is their commitment to using eco-friendly treatments. We were struggling with ants/spiders/wasps, but since their first visit, we haven't seen a single one inside. Their quarterly plan is super convenient, and I love that they offer free re-treatments if the bugs come back. Definitely worth the peace of mind

Since I started with Aptive I have not seen any spider webs or spiders for that matter. I have seem less rodents or none using the bait traps.

Every time a service worker would come…
Every time a service worker would come out our pest would get worse. Mosquito traps attract excessive amounts of mosquitoes to the surrounding area. We had no mosquitoes but the day they serviced our traps we had unbelievable amounts of mosquitoes daily

Extra Care
We have had Aptive for almost 4 years now and we've always been happy. Service can be a little inconsistent between Technicians, but always good. Ivan, however, was EXCELLENT. He was communicative, thorough, and made sure he treated the entire yard (we have a big yard). He also did something I don't think any other Technician has done - he turned my dog's bowls upside down in order to avoid contamination in their food or water. When I walked outside, I couldn't figure out why all of the bowls were upside down and then it dawned on me - Ivan did this. Thank you so much Ivan - I'm so impressed by the extra care!

Service Review
They always notify us a week ahead of providing service and if necessary we are able to easily reschedule to a better date and time. Also they give us a text message about thirty minutes before arriving. They have been friendly and easy to talk with on any issue I might have.
