Pocket Gophers taking over.

Pocket Gophers uncontrolled. Bait stations unsecured....flipped over and moved by the wind. Customer service difficult....40 mins on the phone to the 855 phone number without resolution. Not getting value for the money spent. Monthly billing for infrequent service is excessive. Aptive asks for $199 early contract termination fee when their product didn't work.....absurd!

They respond, but it's not that easy to reach them.
Aptive does come out fairly promptly, but living in the hills, so do the varmints! Hopefully we will win this battle...

Aptive had good communication, before and after, the service. When we recently had an issue with a service, the local manager took it seriously and took care of us.

Total Waste of Money!!

Aptive treated my yard for voles when it wasn't voles at all. They were incorrect in their determination so I was paying them for nothing. I still have animals digging up my yard and I'm out hundreds of dollars. They would not refund me my money or offer to treat my yard for whatever animal was doing the damage. Total waste of money!!!

They were very thorough but still had…

They were very thorough but still had some wasp activity a couple of days later and they came out to spray again and set up another wasp trap.
