The service started out good with photos of what they did, it’s waned since the first treatment. I even question whether they did anything in their last treatment.

Communication Issues..
My big issue is the ability to talk to someone to change or modify a scheduled treatment (i.e. I want to add an interior treatment to the visit).
I get a run around when trying to call in by phone and the technology does not seem to work very well when trying to communicate that way.

We are very impressed with the work from Aptive Pest Control
We are very impressed with the work aptive pest control has done to our home. We moved in eight years ago and our house was infested with Brown recluses. Within a few months, they were under control and around six months, we didn’t see them anymore. They explain everything they do and are careful to remind us not to let our dog out every time and several other things. We are very happy with our service and we’ve been approached three times to change, but we won’t. Thank you Aptive pest control.

I assume all was done I have no idea as had no contact the day of appointment. Nor photos
I would like to meet who does my home but there is a different person every time.
I would like to have spray inside however I need to know if it is morning or afternoon that they come. I rarely have a whole day I am free to sit and wait
