I’ve had good experience with Aptive

They canceled my first appointment

They canceled my first appointment, didn't tell me, left me waiting 5 hours. The second appointment was supposed to be between 8-12 and technician showed up at 2:30 pm! Poor communication. May try another company.

The Outstanding Technician- Brandon

The technician, Brandon came to do our spraying. he has outstanding customer service skills. He was very thorough and kept us informed about what he was doing. His summary at the end of his visit was great. I was very happy with this visit.

I've been using Aptive for some time now. I usually get a new technician every visit. This time I believe his name was Jamar. He was very polite and did everything I asked him to do with our yard.
