Super fast response to our concern

Super fast response to our concern about wasps that stung me multiple times, as well as a technician who knew what to try even though he did not have a complete hazmat suit to protect himself from the wasp nest.

The tech had no bait available for the…

The tech had no bait available for the bait stations. I would think it was a no-brainer to have a supply of it, especially now in September, when mice are looking for a way in. I did have fresh activity in my basement, so I know they are finding a way in. He gave me glue traps and mouse traps, but was also out of the bait for them. He told me that I had to call the office to reschedule another time for someone else to bring the bait for the traps and the stations. I would think he should have rescheduled the visit when he had bait, or called the office for me.

The technician dealt with my pest problem professionally

The technician was informative and explained what he was doing to help me deal with my pest problem. Aptive came back when the first treatment didn’t take care of the problem. They were prompt and thorough

Their service has failed the last few…

Their service has failed the last few times they came out to service my lawn, We have more insects now, before we had them to start, we had 0 insects. I am not recommending them to nobody.

Got help needed

Got our usual service plus he helped out an issue that was going on in garage by spraying a barrier outside garage. It worked!! My husband was very happy with the result.

Morning/afternoon estimate for time of visit

I have always been pleased with the work. They came out to re-treat after the flooding washed away previous visit. (thanks) They did miss one ant area that was marked (I wasn't home to point it out..... 20 minutes notice is helpful, but am/pm would help me plan my day) No need for a special trip to treat this area...let me know when you're in the neighborhood .

They are putting up wasp traps which is…

They are putting up wasp traps which is a new service. Always polite and listen to your special requests. One complaint. $157 for a 10-25 minute visit is pretty pricey!

Very conscientious and thorough service

Stacey was very conscientious and thorough. She addresses some problem areas for carpenter ants and did some special spraying in our sunroom and basement to address a spider infestation. She also provided some valuable advice on treating some beetles eating the leaves on our flowers.
